今回の座談会ゲストはマツダオートザム倉敷中央さん。
今回は三宅社長と入社1年目（もうすぐ2年目！）の安永さんにご参加いただきました。
学生さんは1名のみの参加でしたが、じっくりゆったりとお話が進んでいったように思います。

学生さんが色々とたくさん質問してくださったので、企業さんもそれに対して真摯に答えてくださいました。
例えば、「この仕事をしていて役に立ったことは？」という質問では、「元々持っていた力が仕事で役に立った」という観点と「仕事での経験が私生活で活かせた」という観点の二つでお話を聞くことができました。
自動車販売をされているマツダオートザム倉敷中央さん。様々な世代の人と話すコミュニケーション力はもちろんのこと、「車の運転も上手くなった！」という話は、確かにそうだなと思いましたね。笑
他にも「オススメの車は？」「マツダのマークの意味は？」など、説明会では聞けないようなお話がどんどん飛び出し、スタッフも楽しい時間を過ごすことができました♪

「コロナ禍で感じた“人と話すことが好き！”」
学生さんから「なぜ人と話すのが好きになったのか」という質問があった時に、そう話していたのは社員の安永さん。
安永さんは大学入学を機に岡山で一人暮らしを始めたそうですが、当時はコロナ真っただ中。
なかなか人と会えず話せず…という中で、外に出た時に他の人と話すことがとても楽しかったそうです。
そういう面でもコロナの影響はありますが、プラスに働くこともあったんだな…と感じた一場面でした。
