1月20日（土）の夕方には、株式会社山田車輌さんの第1回座談会が開催されました。
なんと、今回の座談会に参加してくれた学生さんは、昼に開催された、「働きがいの秘密基地」から続けての参加！14:00～19:30まで長時間にわたって参加してくれました…！

今回は海外出張帰りの山田社長にお越しいただき、一方的な説明というより、お互いに意見を言い合う、「座談会らしい座談会」というような雰囲気でした。
昼のイベントの影響もあってか、「働くこと」についての話題がほとんどを占め、仕事のゴールとは？人生のゴールとは？に関する山田社長の想いを伺うことができました。
山田車輌さんは、「クレド」と呼ばれる、山田車輌で働く上での行動指針のようなものを定め、「ビジョナリーシップカンパニー」をめざしています。
実際に、フィリピンに合弁会社を設立したり、地域密着型店舗をオープンしたり、若手社員だけで海外顧客向けECサイトを運営したり、いろいろなことに挑戦されています。
こういったビジョンの実現は、会社規模だけではなく、個人でも言えることだと思います。参加した学生さんも「自分が社会人になって働く上での大切なことを教えてもらった」と言っていました。
