2022卒の学生さんは就職活動が終わった方も多くいらっしゃることと思います。
今回は、そんな22卒の登録生の皆さんにご参加頂いて開催した「内定祝勝会」の様子をお伝えします！
今年の内定祝勝会は、コロナのことも鑑みて2回に分けて少人数制で実施。

2022年卒の就活動向
22卒の就活動向は、21卒の傾向を引き継いだような形だったかな、と振り返って感じます。

ただ今年違ったのは、【オンラインへの慣れ】【対面形式との柔軟な開催】でしょうか…。
オンラインへの慣れ
昨年はオンラインでの説明会・選考が普及し始めた年。
学生も企業も不慣れでトラブルが続出しました。
今年は昨年よりもオンラインでの就活に慣れが生じたのかなと思います。
学生も学校の授業などでオンラインを使う機会が増え、トラブルは昨年ほど多くありませんでした。
またチャット機能や画面共有機能など、オンラインを使いこなしてスムーズにグループディスカッションなどを進める学生さんもいて驚いた記憶があります…！
ただし、学生・企業どちらの声でもあがっているのは「やっぱり対面がいい！」ということ。
あえて対面のインターンシップや説明会を選んで参加している学生もいましたね。
一度も会社を見ずして決まるようなオンラインよりは、社内の雰囲気や人柄をより肌で感じられる対面形式の方がやはり安心感があるように思います。
対面形式との柔軟な開催
昨年は初めて緊急事態宣言が発令され、企業側もどうしていいのか分からない状態でした。
今年も緊急事態宣言が発令されましたが、昨年初めて発令された時ほど緊張感がなかったのは皆さんもご存じの通りだと思います。（それが良いのか悪いのかは置いておいて…）
今年は採用活動を中断・延期する企業が昨年より少なく、スケジュール通りに進められた企業も一定数いるように思います。
アクリルパーテーションや消毒液も普及したことで、特に岡山の企業は全面オンラインではなく、一部・もしくは全て対面形式で採用活動を実施しました。
ただし全国規模の会社は、「都市部の活動を中断するから、足並みを揃えるために岡山も一旦中断します」という判断をしたところもあるみたいです。

22卒のODL就活Caféは、多くの学生さんにご利用いただきました！

年によって男女や学校の偏りがあるのですが、今年は就実大学さんの学生さんが特に多かったですね。
学校のキャリア支援の皆様にも大変お世話になりました。
イベント
オンラインとを組み合わせて開催したイベント。
マスクやアクリルパーテーションのため、あまり良い写真が撮れていないのが残念です…。
単発企画として開催した「学生と社長のプレゼン発表会」は、学生の成長の一助となり、参加して良かったとの声が多くあがった嬉しいイベントでしたね。（※23卒対象の実施予定はありません。ご了承ください）
個別相談
年々利用が増えている個別相談ですが、こちらも状況によって対面・オンラインとを変えながら開催しました。
個別相談メインで利用してくださる方もいて、「話しやすい、相談しやすい」と好評でしたね。
内定祝勝会の様子
さて、内定祝勝会の話に戻ります。
内定祝勝会では、軽食と飲み物を出して（もちろん対策はしっかりとりました！）、楽しみながら就活を振り返りました。
ODL就活Caféは、一人の学生に対して担当が何となく決まっていて今回の祝勝会において、他のスタッフと初めて会うという方もいらっしゃいました。
たわいのない話もたくさんして、改めてお互いを知れた良い機会でした。
就職したら一人暮らしをする？通勤の運転は大丈夫かな？
など社会人生活の話もあり、だんだんその日が近付いていっているなと感じましたね。
内定者の皆さんと話していると、内定式・内定者研修といったフォローがきちんとされているところ、されていないところと状況は様々。
