12月16日開催 4年生の先輩への質問座談会
急遽決まった日程でしたが、3年生と4年生が3名ずつ集まって開催しました！
都合によりZoomで遠隔参加してくださった先輩も…3名の先輩方、本当にありがとうございました。
最初は「何聞こうかな…」と迷っていた3年生の学生さんでしたが、先輩の就活体験談を聞くことで質問が止まらない止まらない！笑
- 自己分析ってどうやっていた？
- 面接ってどんな感じ？
- 企業選びの軸は？ などなど…
たくさんの話を聞くことができ、参考になる話ばかりだったと思います。
「全部メモしたいくらい有益な情報がたくさん聞けた」という感想も印象的で、イベント後も先輩へ個別質問する学生さんもいらっしゃいました。
12月24日開催 グループディスカッション練習会
全然実感ありませんでしたが、実はクリスマスイブ！笑
貴重な時間にご参加いただき、ありがとうございました。
グループディスカッションの種類、企業はどんなところを見ているのかという話をこちらからさせていただき、実際に3つのディスカッションを実践しました。
グループディスカッションに慣れている人、初めて取り組む人と状況は様々でしたが、お互いの意見を尊重し合いながら質の高い話し合いになっていたと思います。
今回の気付きはグループディスカッションだけでなく面接でも活かせると思うので、ぜひ今後の就活に活かしていただきたいですね。
グループディスカッション練習会は来月も開催予定です！
