先日に引き続き職場見学ツアーの様子をお届けします！
今回は社数が増えて4コースでの実施。
私たちも「何が何だったっけ…」と日々混乱しながら頑張って段取りしています。笑
今回は、12月11日に開催したAコースのレポートをお届けします！
(1) タナカマシーナリー株式会社 さん
まず訪れたのは、タナカマシーナリー株式会社さん。
総社に本社工場を構えている会社さんですが、今回は半導体部品を主に行う岡山工場を見学させていただきました。
今回はサブリーダーの鷺森さんにご対応いただき、会社・仕事の説明や見学、質疑応答を行いました。
金属加工は普段目に見えない部分の仕事ですが、大きな機械や製品を見られて圧巻でした。
鷺森さんが文系の大学を卒業されているということで、当時の気持ちや失敗談なども聞けたのが良かったですね。

(2) 長瀬石油株式会社 さん
昼食を取って午後には長瀬石油株式会社さんを訪問。
瀬戸内市などにサービスステーションを運営されている長瀬石油さんですが、今回は岡山市南区の浜野店を訪問させていただきました。
新入社員の方や2年目の方にサービスステーションの仕事や企画広報職の仕事についてお話を伺いました。
入社1年目から企画広報の仕事ができるのは珍しいと思いますが、実際の制作物やエピソードを交えたお話でイメージしやすかったです。
今後やってみたいことのビジョンも伺えたのも貴重な時間でしたね。

(3) 税理士法人久遠 さん
最後に訪問させていただいたのは、岡山市南区の税理士法人久遠さん。
本社事務所に伺い、採用チームの皆さんにご対応いただきました。
税理士事務所の仕事内容を伺い、実際に会計ソフトの入力体験もさせていただきました。
学生さんからは「楽しかった」という声があがっていましたが、近年はDX化もしていて、時代の状況に応じて日々柔軟に対応されている様子も見られました。
若手社員さんから中堅社員さんまで幅広いお話が聞けたのも良かったです。
