【イベントレポート】職場見学ツアーCコース（2023年12月8日）

皆さん、こんにちは！ODL就活Caféの景山です。

今年も職場見学ツアーを実施しています！

今回は社数が増えて4コースでの実施。

私たちも「何が何だったっけ…」と日々混乱しながら頑張って段取りしています。笑

職場見学ツアー

今回は、12月8日に開催したCコースのレポートをお届けします！

(1) ダイシン電機株式会社 さん

まず訪れたのは、岡山市北区御津のダイシン電機さん。

本社工場を見学させていただきました！

 

ダイシン電機さんは、藤井社長自らが終始ご対応いただきました。

最初にパワーポイントを用いて配電盤の製造の流れや工場の特徴などをご説明いただき、その流れで工場見学をさせていただきました。

 

最後に営業部の野上課長、入社1年目の桑名さんにもご参加いただき、仕事内容などのお話もお聞きしました。

納入実績を伺うと、私たちが普段通っているあんなところやこんなところ…どんどん話が展開されていて学生さんも「スゴイ！」と連発。

また社長と社員さんとの距離の近さも「良かった」との感想をいただきました。

(2) 株式会社ミナン さん

お昼ご飯を食べて午後に訪れたのは株式会社ミナンさん。

岡山市北区今の本店ショールームを見学させていただきました。

交通量の多い大通りだからこそ「あ、ここがミナンさんだったのか！」という声があがっていました。

 

ミナンさんは大きい窓から日差しがたっぷり入った明るい社内と笑顔で迎えてくださるスタッフの皆さんが印象的。

物理的にも心理的にも明るい気持ちで見学させていただきました♪

「人」を大事にする社風が伝わってくるような取り組みやエピソードもお聞きして、「雰囲気も大事にしたい」と学生さんも感じたようです。

(3) 岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社 さん

最後に訪問させていただいたのは、岡山トヨタ自動車さん。

岡山市北区野田の野田店に伺いました。（写真からも伝わる通り西日がすごかったですね。笑）

 

採用担当の山本さんにご対応いただき、岡山トヨタ自動車さんが大事にされている考え方や地域と共に歩む取り組みをご紹介いただきました。

元々はクラウンを専売されていたということで、実際にクラウンの運転席・助手席にも座らせていただきました！

車が好きな学生さんたちだったのでドキドキしながら座っている様子が見られました。

ハンバーグやステーキ、ドリアなど幅広いランチが楽しめるので、ODL就活Caféスタッフも皆大好きなお店です！
