さて、先週はネットリンクス株式会社の座談会を開催しました。3月を迎え、就職ナビサイトがオープンしたということもあり、今回の座談会ではほとんどの学生さんがナビサイトから申し込んでくれました。
大学もバラバラで、住んでいるところや出身地も岡山だけではなく、バリエーションに富んでいました！中には関東の大学から来てくださった方も…！
一方、ネットリンクスさんからは前田社長・採用担当の神崎さんに加え、入社3年目の山本さんにお越しいただきました。
2グループに分けて座談会を行い、私は前田社長のグループを担当したのですが、今回は「社長」についての質問がいつもより多かったように思います。

- 社長職ってどんなことをしているの？
- 社長って堅苦しい人が多そうだけどホント？
- 社長の1日の仕事内容は？
など。
