就活交流会は、ODL就活Caféがスタートしてからずっと開催しているイベントです。
4年生の先輩に、就活が始まってから終わるまでどんな感じで進んだのか、どんなことを対策したのかなどを聴けるイベントで毎回好評をいただいています。
昨年からは新型コロナウイルスの状況を踏まえて、オンラインで開催し始めました。遠方にお住まいの方にもご参加いただけるのがメリットですよね…！
今年度2回企画しているこのイベントですが、1回目となる今回は3年生4名、4年生2名にお集まりいただきました！

今回はせっかくなので実際に出た質問と、それに対する先輩の回答をいくつかご紹介しますね！
就活解禁から終了まではどのくらい余裕があった？
3月から本格的に就活が始まりますが、どのくらい忙しくなるんでしょうか？アルバイトは辞めた方がいいのかな？
実際の先輩の様子を伺いました。
アルバイトを全く入れなくなったのは3年2月から。これ以降は就活1本に切り替えた！ピーク時は週5・6で就活の予定をびっしり入れていたけど、今思うとそこまで詰めなくても良かったのかな・・・。
ピーク時もアルバイトには行っていて、良い息抜きの時間になっていた。水曜・日曜はバイト、というように固定化しておくと予定も立てやすかった！
インターン参加企業以外の説明会や選考を受けようと思った理由は？
これには私もはっとさせられたのですが、インターンシップ参加＝その企業を受ける、インターンシップに参加しない＝その企業を受けない、と考えている方ももしかしたらいらっしゃるかもしれませんね。
興味のある業界がそもそもインターンシップをしていないところも多かった。そのためインターンシップを受けていない企業も受けた。受けた動機は「自分の仕事に誇りを持って話しているなと感じること」。
インターンシップは「どんな企業があるのかな」と視野を広げるために受けたので、インターンシップ参加企業は結局説明会・選考に参加していない！合説やイベントで人事の方と触れ合う機会を増やし、仲良くなった企業は受けた。
働くの楽しみ？何が一番ワクワクしている？
この質問も素敵な質問だったのですが、いかがでしょうか・・・！
不安もあるが、残りの学生生活をどう過ごすのかは楽しみである。出会ったことのない人と出会えて話せることは楽しみ！
新しい環境で働く、新しいことができるのはワクワクしている！何かしら常に刺激がほしいタイプなので、社会人になるのは楽しみ！
