さてさて、今回も『学生と企業の緩やか座談会』のイベントレポートをお届けします。
今日お届けするのは、3月18日に開催した、株式会社ピュアボックスさんの座談会です。

安心安全なペットフードを提供
今回が最終回となるピュアボックスさんからは、前回に引き続き淺沼社長と蓮池さんにお越しいただきました。

ピュアボックスさんは、ペットの食環境向上をモットーに、こだわりのペットフードを企画・製造・販売されている会社さんです。
自分で食べるものを選択できないワンちゃんのため、飼い主さんが五感で安心かどうか判断できるような商品なのだから驚きですね。
事業そのものがSDGs
最近話題になっているSDGsですが、ピュアボックスさんも積極的に取り組んでいらっしゃいます。
淺沼社長曰く「事業そのものがSDGs」なのだとか。
私たち人間が好む食材と、ワンちゃんが好む食材は異なります。
例えば同じお肉でも、私たちは霜降り肉が高級で好む傾向がありますが、ワンちゃんが好むのはすじ肉。
ピュアボックスさんの取引先はほとんどが人間の食品会社。
直接この想いを伝え口説き、共感いただいた会社さんと取引し、そして未利用資源を活用できる食品開発をされているそうです。
時間の使い方が大事
今回の座談会でも、就活全体、社会人生活全体についての質問があがりました。
中でも「出世していく人の特徴」という質問での、時間の使い方のお話が印象的でした。
皆さんも就職活動や大学生活、アルバイトなど「忙しい」日々を過ごされていると思います。
社会人になっても忙しいなと感じることが多々あります。
ピュアボックスさんが仰っていたのは、「仕事に時間をあてがう」のではなく、「時間に仕事をあてがう」のが良いとのこと。
いかに時間を効率良く使っていくか、目的意識を持って仕事に取り組めるかどうか…。
私も参考になるお言葉がたくさんでした…！
学生と社会人の違い
社会人になってはじめにぶつかる壁は何でしょうか？
もちろん業務内容についての壁もあると思いますが、淺沼社長は「社会人になるという意識の違いで壁にぶつかるかもしれない」と仰っていました。
学生はお金を払って授業（サービス）を受ける立場。ある意味お客さんです。
一方社会人は自分の仕事に対価（お給料）をいただきます。
今までとは逆の立場になるため、最初は慣れないと思います。
まずは社会人としての自分に慣れることが、社会人1年目の第一歩なんだなとお話を伺って感じました。
参加学生の感想
- 気になっていたことやその場で浮かんだ疑問など、かなり緊張しましたが実際に聞けて良かったです。ますますピュアボックスさんで働いてみたい！という気持ちが高まりました。
- 犬を飼っているからいいわけではなく、社員一人ひとりのアイディアを大切にしていて、個人の考えを大切にしているなという印象を受けました。
- ペットの人生を豊かなものにできる可能性も秘めた会社であると感じました。
- 今日の話を聞いて「時間を大事にして今やるべきことと後でいいこと」を分けて、時間の使い方が上手な人になりたいなと思いました。
