この茶話会は月ごとに同じテーマをくりかえしおこなっているのですが、参加してくれる学生さんの志望状況や関心に沿って、少しずつ内容が異なります。

昨日は『気になるけどききにくいお給料と休みのハナシ』がテーマでしたが、なかなか働く前の学生さんたちにとっては知る機会のない生々しいお金の話もあったのではないかと思います。笑
そんな中、昨日は初めて参加してくれた学生さんもいて、就活準備がこれからで焦っている、という話があがりました。
2月に入ってから、そういった学生さんと会う機会が増えてきていて、ここ数年の流れを感じます。
それでも3月のスタート前に「何かしなきゃ！」と動いて私たちの所に来てくれたことがとても嬉しいですし、力になれることをしてあげたいと思います。
就活準備がまったく初めての学生さんには、堀江はいつも「興味・関心の方向性を明確にすること」を伝えます。
- 自分が何をしている時に夢中になっているのか？
- やっていて楽しいものは何か？
そういったものの中から、何を仕事にすることで自分は幸せを得られるのか、を探っていきます。
もちろん、1人でやってみて分からなくなってしまった時は遠慮なく頼って下さい。
3月のスタートと、それ以降の選考開始まであっという間ですが、今来てくれている学生さん達がみんな納得のいく就職先を見つけられるよう、出来るサポートを精一杯していきたいと思っています。
