ここ最近会う学生さんは疲れている人が多いような気がします。温度差や季節の変わり目、花粉症といった「外的要因」も多いこの季節。それに加え、気疲れ・就活疲れが出てくる時期ではないでしょうか。

時には休むことも大事！去年の先輩方が実際に行っていた息抜きの例はこちら！

  • 大学に行って友だちに会う！
  • 意外に卒論や勉強が息抜きになった！
  • あえて自己分析をしてモチベーションを上げる！
  • お酒を飲んで愚痴を言い合う！

などなど…

知らない人と出会う機会が多い就活だからこそ、馴染みの人や友だちに会うと安心できると思います。また、自分の好きなこと（テレビや動画、ゲームなど）も息抜きになりますよね。

就活のことを考えない時間も時にはつくって、メリハリのある生活をすることが、残りの就活を乗り切る秘訣です！バランスを取りながら、がんばっていってくださいね＾＾
