今回も学生と企業の緩やか座談会のイベントレポートをお届けします！

今回の座談会ゲストは長瀬石油株式会社さん。

前回に引き続き、長瀬社長と採用担当の吉田さんにご参加いただきました。

 

長瀬社長と吉田さんの温かい雰囲気で座談会は進み、みなさん笑顔溢れる和やかな回になりました！

 

今回は、学生さん5名での開催となりました。
長瀬石油さんの仕事についてだけでなく、お二人が「大事にしている価値観」や「社長が思うゴール」などといった興味深い話題が多く、
学生さんにとって充実感のある座談会になったのではないでしょうか！

他社との違いの1つとして、若い世代を採用されているというお話がありました。
社員さんの内面的な成長を重視されていて、リーダーシップを養う研修や品質向上のための研修などさまざまな研修を行っているそうです！

スタッフが選ぶ、今回の印象的なお話

「それぞれのキャリアプランを考える」

「入社後のキャリアプラン」についての質問に対する答えです。
店舗業務や長瀬石油さんが行っているさまざまな研修を通して、一人ひとりの適性や希望を踏まえて判断していくということでした。
そのため、決まったキャリアプランがあるのではなく、それぞれのキャリアの道を進めるそうです。
実際に、企画広報で入社した社員さんが自身の希望でSSマネージャーになったこともあるそうです！

自分の適性に合わせてキャリアを形成できるのは魅力的ですね！
