今回も学生と企業の緩やか座談会のイベントレポートをお届けします！

今回の座談会ゲストは株式会社ミナンさん。

今年度も引き続き、中村社長と採用担当の山田さんにご参加いただきました！

 

中村社長と山田さんの掛け合いから座談会は非常に盛り上がっていました。
学生さんの笑い声も良く聞こえ、ミナンさんの雰囲気が学生さんにもよく伝わったのではないかと思います。

 

学生さんからの質問に対して、「こういう場面だと○○するの？」と問いかけ、深くまで親身になって話を聞いてくださっていました。
また、山田さんからは自身の就活中に実際に行っていたことなどタメになる話もたくさんあり、学生さんからは「へぇ~！」という声も上がっていました。

最初は緊張気味な学生さんもいましたが、お二人とも冗談を交えたお話をされていたこともあり、終始賑やかな座談会となりました！
帰り際にも学生さんに話しかけており、楽しそうにお話される姿からお二人の人柄がより伝わっていたのではないでしょうか!?

また、お話の中でも「○○なことが大切だよ」「+α付け加えると良い思う」などのアドバイスも多くあり、みなさんメモを取ったり、頷いたりと熱心に話を聞いていました！

「発想を転換してみる」

学生さんからの「“相手が喜んでくれたらそれでいい” と思ってしまい、自分のことより人のことを優先してしまう…」という悩みに対しての答えです。

人のために動いて何か提供できている「自分はすごい」と発想を転換し、見る方向を変えてみると「強みにもなる」とハッとさせられるお言葉がありました。
また、相手とWin-Winの関係を保てるように「相手が求めていること＝自分が求めていること」になっているかが大切というアドバイスもありました。

このお答えに学生さんも「勉強になりました！」とすっきりした表情で返事をしていたのも印象的でした！
