今回は岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社さんの一回目の座談会。
梶谷専務と採用担当の山本さんにご参加いただきました。
岡山トヨタ自動車さんは毎年この座談会にご参加いただくのですが、毎回来られる役員の方が変わり、何回参加しても異なる話が聞けるのがおもしろいところ。
梶谷専務は役員ですが学生に寄り添ったフランクなお話をされるので、学生さんも親しみを持ってお話しできたのではないかと思います。
またコロナが落ち着いたため、今年からお菓子を復活！
企業さんがお菓子を持って来てくださり、それをいただきながらより緩やかな雰囲気で開催しています。
学生さんたちからも「やったー！」との声があがっていました。
岡山トヨタさんの座談会の特徴として、役員の方と採用担当の方、それぞれの視点からのお話が聞けること。
例えば「面接でどこを見ているの？」という質問に対して、一次面接を担当する山本さん、最終面接を担当する梶谷専務、それぞれのアドバイスを伺うことができて、非常に貴重な時間だったように思います！
学生さんからは就活に関する質問も多く、企業理解だけでなく就活で活かせるお話が聞けました！
ODL就活Caféイベント初参加の方もいましたが、「穏やかな雰囲気で話しやすかった」との感想をいただきました。
スタッフが選ぶ、今回の印象的なお話
「面接で考えるのは学生が入社して不幸にならないかどうか」
梶谷専務が仰っていた言葉です。
毎年似たようなお言葉を学生さんにかけてくださるのですが、企業本位ではなく、入社後の社員さんのことを考えて面接に臨まれていることが伺えました。
良い会社・良い学生と、合う会社・合う学生はちょっと違うと思います。
「良い悪い」「ブラックホワイト」だけではなく、「自分に合うかどうか」「この会社で幸せな未来が築けるかどうか」も企業選びのポイントにしても良いですよね。
