実際に見て肌で感じてこそ分かることがある～職場見学ツアー～

来年からいよいよ2022年卒の就職活動が本格的に始まります。

自己分析やES対策、SPIの勉強など、様々準備に追われていると思いますが、実際に企業さんを目で見ることも大事ですよね。

 

今回は、現在受付中のイベント『職場見学ツアー』の様子をお伝えします。

職場見学ツアーってどんなイベント？

職場見学ツアーは1日に3社企業さんをまわり、1社あたり1時間～1時間半程度、職場見学を行うイベントです。

気軽に企業さんの会社の雰囲気・働く様子などを見ることができたり、今まで知らなかった業界や仕事についての理解が深まったりするため、参加された学生さんからは好評をいただいています。

職場見学ツアー

2020年12月17日にそんな職場見学ツアーのうち、Bコースを開催しました。

Bコースの企業さんは以下の3社となります。

  1. 平林金属株式会社 さん
  2. 岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社 さん
  3. 長瀬石油株式会社 さん

(1) 平林金属株式会社 さん

朝一番に向かったのは、平林金属株式会社さん。

今回は接客・サービス業に興味を持たれていた学生さんがいたため、《えこ便 大安寺局》を見学させていただきました。

 

職場見学では、実際に店舗や回収した現物を見せていただいたり、入社1年目の社員さんにお話を伺ったりしました！

 

平林金属さんと言えば金属類のリサイクル業務をされているイメージが強いですが、えこ便では古着やスマートフォン、古紙なども回収してくださいます。

大掃除を行う年末は特にお忙しいそうですが、それもチーム一丸で楽しみながら取り組まれているお話が印象的でした！

(2) 岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社 さん

次に向かったのは、岡山市商工会議所近くに本社を構える岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社さん。

今回の職場見学では、本社でお話を伺った後、《岡山トヨタ野田店》に移動して実際の店舗を見学させていただきました。

 

カーディーラーに興味を持つ学生さんがいたこともあり、学生さんから鋭い質問が飛び出しました…！

イベント企画も行っていますが、「運営側の自己満足ではなく、お客様を巻き込んだ企画にする」というお話が印象的で、私も参考になりました。

店舗ごとの企画についてきちんと共有し合っているのも良いなと思いました！

(3) 長瀬石油株式会社 さん

お昼を食べて最後に向かったのは、瀬戸内市に本社をかまえる長瀬石油株式会社さん。

ガソリンスタンドやコンビニエンスストア、ゴルフ練習場の経営をされていますが、今年は企画・広報職で募集されています。

 

職場見学では、環太平洋大学近くの《エネジェット岡山矢津SS／セブン-イレブン岡山矢津店》を見学させていただき、《パルグリーンゴルフクラブ》で社長・採用担当との座談会を開催しました。

 

ガソリンスタンド・コンビニエンスストア併設店だからこそできる企画の話や、実際に写真やチラシを見ながらイベントのお話を伺い、イメージがより分かりやすくなりました。

「社長の人柄やアットホームさが伝わってきた」と学生さんが言ってくれたのも印象的でしたね。

今回の3社は座談会にも参加します！

今回参加してくださった2名の学生さんは「あっという間だった」「楽しかった」との感想を寄せてくれました。

コロナウイルスの影響で、対面形式でのインターンシップ・会社説明会が開催されるか分からない中、対面で企業に会える機会は大切ですよね。

 

今回の企業に行く・行かないは別としても、「この企業の事業内容が良いから似た企業を探してみよう」「自分に合う雰囲気はこんな雰囲気なんだ」と応用して他の企業探しに活かしていただければ嬉しいです。

今回の3社さんは、現在の受付中の『学生と企業の緩やか座談会』にも参加予定です。

もっと話を聞いてみたい方、社長と話す練習をしたい方、就活のモチベーションを上げたい方などなど、どなたでも大歓迎です！

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
