職場見学ツアー全コース内容を一挙公開！

今年初企画の「職場見学ツアー」。岡山・福山の企業さんを1日3社まわれるODL就活Café登録の就活生限定企画となります。現在もまだ受付中ですが、2月をもって全コース開催しましたので、内容を公開しちゃいます！

職場見学ツアーは全部で4コース

1コース2～3社の全4コースを下記の日程で開催しました。

  • Aコース…2月27日（水）
  • Bコース…2月27日（水）
  • Cコース…2月25日（月）、2月26日（火）
  • Dコース…2月20日（水）

Cコースは応募者が多かったため、2日程に分けて開催しました。

Aコース

Aコースは、「玉野土建株式会社」「岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社」「室賀ネジ機工株式会社」の3社を見学させていただきました。参加してくれたのは、倉敷芸術科学大学の男子学生二名です。

玉野土建株式会社

朝からODLに集合し、車で玉野市に向かいました。玉野土建さんでは、本社と施工中の現場（アパート）の様子を見学させていただきました。

施行現場では、募集職種の一つである「施行管理」の仕事内容をよりリアルに知ることができました。また、本社見学では、普段社員さん以外入れないような場所にも入らせていただきました。また、海沿いの玉野土建さん、会社から見える海がとっても綺麗でした。

岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社

次に向かったのは岡山トヨタ自動車さん。本社と野田店を見学させていただきました。店舗では実際にお客様とやり取りをするテーブルに座らせていただきましたが、スタッフ紹介のアルバムなどお客様とスタッフとの距離の近さを感じました。

今回は採用担当の太田さんにご説明いただきましたが、非常に分かりやすく楽しい時間を過ごしました。本社から野田店に移動する際の太田さんのドライブテクニックもすごかったです（笑）

室賀ネジ機工株式会社

Aコース最後は、岡山市内の室賀ネジ機工株式会社さんへ。ネジの物流倉庫に足を踏み入れると大量のネジに圧倒されました。一つひとつ社長に丁寧に説明していただきました。

事務所内は副社長や社員さんにご案内していただきました。社長・副社長の朗らかな性格がよく表れていると感じる社内の雰囲気で、アットホームで働きやすさを感じました。

Bコース

Bコースは、「ダイシン電機株式会社」「株式会社アァル技研」「平林金属株式会社」の3社を見学させていただきました。参加してくれたのは、岡山大学・就実大学の学生さん2名です。

ダイシン電機株式会社

Bコース最初は、岡山市の御津に本社工場をかまえる、ダイシン電機株式会社さんへ。今回の学生さんは二人とも藤井社長にお会いしていたこともあり、始めから和やかな雰囲気で行われました。

会社説明の後に工場見学を行ったのですが、ダイシン電機さんの取り扱う「配電盤」ができあがる順番で見学させていただいたので、非常に流れが分かりやすかったです。社内にはインターンシップ生の方もいらっしゃいました。

株式会社アァル技研

次に向かったのは、津山市のアァル技研さん。それぞれの工程で社員さん全員が説明をしてくださり、社員全員の仲の良さ、あたたかさを感じることができました。

金属加工や検査の体験もさせていただき、モノづくりのおもしろさを感じていただけた職場見学だったのではないかと思います。社員さんとの質問会も盛り上がっていました。

平林金属株式会社

最後は、再び御津に戻り平林金属さんの工場見学を行いました。平林金属さんは本社は岡山市の下中野ですが、今回は「リサイクルファーム御津」の見学をさせていただきました。

リサイクル業界ということもあり、工場には洗濯機や複合機、ATMの機械などがズラリと並んでいて圧巻でした。洗濯機のシュレッダーなど普段見れない機械も見ることができて非常に貴重な機会でした。

Cコース

先ほども述べましたが、Cコースは4名の希望があったため、2チームに分かれて2日程で開催しました。1日目は倉敷芸術科学大学の学生2名、2日目は岡山理科大学・就実大学の学生2名に参加していただきました。

広島化成株式会社

福山市に本社と工場をかまえる広島化成さんでは、三つの事業部のうち工業用品事業部の工場を見学しました。工場では、ウェザーストリップという自動車部品ができていく過程を見学し、ゴムが製品になるまでの流れを知ることができました。

また、事務所の中も見学させていただいたり、実際に製作されているシューズを試着したりと普段なかなか見れないところも見ることができました。

株式会社スーパードライチェーン

スーパードライチェーンさんは玉島に位置している企業さんです。今回の職場見学では、岡山県内各地から集まった商品をクリーニングしている工場を見学しました。

まるで「からくり屋敷」のように普段見慣れない機械がたくさんあり、一つひとつ動かして見せていただきました。思わず「おーっ！」と声を挙げてしまうほどで、とても楽しかったです。

飛鳥グループ協同組合

 

最後に冠婚葬祭業を営む飛鳥グループさんでは、岡山市南区の「法要庵 家族葬専用ホール ひとひら」を見学させていただきました。洋風の会館で非常に綺麗な印象を受けました。

役員の谷口さんにご案内いただき、メイン事業である葬祭業のお話やブライダルのお話を伺うことができました。先輩社員の体験談も少し聞くことができました。

Dコース

Dコースは、日程の関係上2社の見学となりました。ノートルダム清心女子大学、岡山県立大学、岡山理科大学の学生さん4名にご参加いただきました。

株式会社山田車輌

最初は、水島の山田車輌さんへ。海外営業事業部や国内の顧客向け販売店舗「yield.」を見学させていただきました。それぞれ社員さんが入れ替わりでお話しいただき、同行してくださった採用担当の只川さんのお話も分かりやすかったです。

社名が少し堅そうな印象ですが、参加した学生さんたちからは「雰囲気がとても良かった」との声が相次ぎました。年齢に関わらず全員が近い距離で仕事をされている様子が伺えました。

ネットリンクス株式会社

次にODL就活Caféから徒歩3分（！）の表町にあるネットリンクスさんに伺いました。前田社長と社員さんにご説明いただき、終始盛り上がりました。

在宅勤務の方に中継を繋いでお話を伺ったり、スタンディングデスクの社内を見学させていただいたりと、ネットリンクスさんの働きやすい環境づくりに魅力を感じた人も多かったようです。
