今回の記事を担当させていただく、インターンシップ生の岩坪です。本日は入社1年目の方々の研修に同行させていただきました。

自分の責任とは何か

初めて研修に同行させていただいたのですが、社会人の方々だけでなく、私たちにとっても今後の為になるような内容でした。特に印象に残ったのが、「自分の人生で起こることはほとんど自分の行動の結果だ」という話です。

今まで私は、自分の身に降りかかることは、自分も少しは悪いかもしれないけど、他の人とかタイミングとか運が悪いせいだというような考え方をしていました。しかし、研修のなかでその話を聞いてから、自分の考え方では将来苦労するだろうなと、考え方を変えようと思いました。

もし自分が今までと同じ考え方のままで生きていたら、就職活動だけでなく、今後の人生すべてがマイナスの方向に行ってしまう気がして、今回の研修に同行させていただけて良かったと強く思いました。

その他にも、人間の行動のシステムを分かりやすく車の図に例えたものを見たり、自分が幸せであるためには、最も身近な人間と良好な関係であることが必要不可欠だ、という話を聞けたりして、本当に有意義な時間を過ごさせていただけたなと思いました。
