今回、仕事説明会と就活スクールのミーティングを体験させていただきました。
企業側と学生側、そしてODL側それぞれの視点から見たイベントを考える上で、どうしたら学生にとって良い企画になるかを話し合いました。
自分は「こっちの方が良いな」と思っていても、他の視点から見ると難しい．．．など、想像していたよりもスムーズにいかないと感じました。
決定した企画もありますが、より良いものにしていくためにもう一度考え直すことになった企画もあります。学生が知らない裏側で、こんな風に深く考えていることを知らなかったのでとても良い経験になりました。
今回、実際のミーティングを体験して、学生だけでなく、ODLの社員の方の自分が思いつかなかった意見が聞けたこと、イベント運営の裏側を体験できたことで、自分の中で視野が広がりました。
