こんにちは。今回記事を担当させていただきます、インターンシップ生の近藤です。今回の取材では、リサイクル業界に内定をいただいた四年生の方にお話をおうかがいしました。
「自分の軸」と「感謝の気持ち」
今回は、就職活動を行うに当たり必要な準備や心構えなど、貴重なお話を聞かせていただきました。中でも印象的だったのは、企業を選ぶにあたり、自分が譲れない五つの条件、「自分の軸」を設定したというお話です。
特に、条件の一つとして取り上げられていた「社内でしっかり感謝の言葉を伝えられる、互いが尊重し合える職場」という言葉に感銘を受けました。また、先輩は内定をいただいた後、企業に対してお礼の手紙を書かれたそうです。
その手紙を社員全員の方に読んでいただけたことが嬉しかったと仰っていました。
入社後の目標について先輩は、「相手のことを思いやれる人」「企業の良さをしっかり伝えられる人」になりたいと仰っていました。楽しみながら仕事をしていきたいという前向きな姿に、就職活動に対する勇気とやる気をいただきました。
今回の取材で、就職活動で大切なのは「自分の軸を」と企業への「感謝の気持ち」をしっかり持つことなのだと学びました。自分も今回取材させていただいた先輩のように、謙虚さと誠実さを身に付け、就職活動に臨んでいきたいと思います。
