飛鳥グループさんの今回の座談会では、3月に入ったため、ナビを通して参加してくれた学生さんもいました。
4名の学生さんで賑わう座談会では、
- 「谷口専務が葬祭業に入った理由は？」
- 「仕事を通して叶えたい目標は？」
- 「その目標に向けてどういった取り組みを？」
- 「仕事において苦労したことは？」
と言った、谷口専務自身に関する質問が飛び交いました。
「遺産相続など、家族間トラブルの修羅場に遭遇することはありますか？」という、何でも聞いてOK！の座談会ならではの質問も。そんな様々な質問や話題が飛び交う中でも、参加者全員の心に一番響いた話があります。
自分の脳に嘘をつく？
それは、一人の学生さんが尋ねた「ポジティブに物事を考える秘訣は？」。この質問への谷口専務の回答は「自分の脳に嘘をつくことです」でした。
「2時間しか寝ていなくても、『よく寝た！2時間も寝たぞ！』と口に出して言えば脳は勘違いするんです」と谷口専務。
この話を聞いて思い出したのは、「悲しい時に笑ってみたら、自然と気持ちが付いてきて明るくなった」という話です。嘘をつくと聞くとどうしてもネガティブなイメージがありますが、良い嘘のつき方もあるのだと実感しました。
また、「2時間寝た」という事実だけはどう頑張っても変えることはできませんが、「2時間しか」なのか「2時間も」なのか、捉え方は自由に選ぶことができます。
もっと気軽に視点を変えて、自分が楽なように心の状態を保っていたいですね。
学生さんからは、「葬祭業はかしこまっていて暗いイメージを持っていましたが、明るくて面白いイベントで
良かったです」や「ことだまという言葉もあるように、私もプラスな言葉を発していこうと思いました。」と言った感想をいただきました！
