2018年一回目のレクチャーテーマは「気になるけど聞きにくいお給料や休みのハナシ」。
『QOL（クオリティ・オブ・ライフ）の向上』が『働き方改革』や叫ばれている今日、お給料やお休みのことが気になる学生さんも多いはず。しかし、会社説明会ではこの2点は聞きにくいですよね。
今回のレクチャーと質疑応答では、様々な話が飛び出しました！
例えば…
- 基本給と初任給の違いって…？
- 各種手当ってなんのこと…？
- 求人には初任給●●円と書いてあるけど、実際にはどのくらい貰えるの？
- 完全週休二日制の会社って多い？
- 有給休暇は取りやすい？
お給料とお休みに関しては、知っているのと知らないのとで大きく違います！特に3月の就活解禁からは、就活ナビサイトなどで多くの企業の求人表を見ることになると思うので、しっかりと知識を付けて、良い就職活動にしたいですね
