今回のテーマは【「やってみたい！」が見つかる職種のハナシ】。学生のみなさんは、どのくらいの種類の仕事を知っているでしょうか？私自身、就職活動を通して初めて、「世の中にはこんな仕事があったんだ！」「この職種のこと、今まで勘違いしてたなあ」と気付くことが多かったように思います。
今回のレクチャーで例に挙げられたのは営業職。「営業職」と一言で言っても、法人営業・個人営業・ルート営業・新規営業・メンテナンス営業・配送営業など、業種や会社によってそのスタイルは様々です。
先入観だけでその職種を遠ざけ、就活の幅や自分の可能性を必要以上に狭めてしまうよりは、まずは世の中にどんな仕事が存在するのかを知ることから始めたいですね。そこからあなたの「やってみたい！」が見つかるかもしれません。
