昨日はODL就活Caféメンバーで「来週から本格的に開催の企画『就活茶話会』をもっと良いものにするためには？」という議題でミーティングを行いました。

ODL就活Caféは今年度で4年目。これまでも試行錯誤してきましたが、今年は参加した学生さんや企業さんの満足度を高める場づくりに力を注いでいきます。

そのためには、まず私たち自身がもっと自信を持って「この企画はいい！」と思える場を作ることが必要。どんな企画でありたいのか？を改めて考えました。

今年の就活茶話会は、こんな空間です！

  • 初めての人も参加しやすい「アットホーム感」と「ウェルカム感」
  • 学生同士でコミュニケーションできることで形成される就活コミュニティ
  • どんな質問でもどんと来い！就活オールマイティな質問の場

特に、「今なんとなく不安なんだけど具体的にどうしたらいいか分からんのよな～」と思っている人にこそ来てほしいです。なぜかというと、就活茶話会では他の学生の質問が聞けるから。「それ、私も聞きたかった！」と感じていただけるはず。
