先日、1月20日（土）には二つのイベントが開催されました！
日中に行われたのは、「働きがいの秘密基地～前向きな未来への集い～」です。こちらは、ESD団体「あこがれスタイル」とのコラボ企画。
「せっかくコラボするのなら、今までやっていないことをしたい！」そんな私の想いをベースに、あこがれスタイルの勝俣さん（かっちゃん）も交え、みんなで12月からミーティングを重ねてきました。
今回のイベントは、学生と社会人との交流会。就活だけではなく、「働くこと」を前向きに捉え、考えていくイベントでした。試験期間前で定員数を8名に減らしたものの、満員御礼！！
カードを使って、お互いのことを知り合い、失敗だらけの学生（Before）→イキイキ働く社会人（After）の過程を考え、5年後の未来予想図を語り合いました。
最後に「あこがれたー」というメッセージカードをお互いに交換して終了。終始会話が尽きない、非常に盛り上がった時間となりました。
ご参加いただいた学生さん、貴重なお休みの時間を使って協力してくださった社会人の方々、本当にありがとうございました！
そして、仕事の合間を縫ってイベント企画に協力してくださり、司会で盛り上げてくださった、あこがれスタイルのかっちゃんもお疲れ様でした！

初挑戦のイベントを終えて
今回のイベントで、「働くこと」が完全にポジティブになったとは言いがたいところもあると思います。特に学生のみなさんは、まだ働いていないのでぼんやりとしか考えられないかもしれません。
ただ、このイベントが「働くこと」がちょっとでも楽しみになる、就活がんばろう！って改めて思える、そんなきっかけになったのであれば嬉しいです。
また今回のイベントを通して、人とのつながり・出会いの大切さをスタッフ一同感じました。これからも人とのつながり・新たな出会いを提供する場としてODL就活Caféも心新たに頑張ってまいります＾＾
