連日のように座談会が開催され、色々な学生さんの生の声を聞けて、私も日々刺激を受けている毎日です。
今回もそんな学生と企業の緩やか座談会のイベントレポートをお届けします！

今回の座談会は、広島化成株式会社さんの3回目。
広島県福山市の企業さんで、今回も全面オンラインでの実施となりました。

最終回となる今回も宮地社長、そして採用担当で入社1年目の藤村さんにご参加いただきました。
一方学生さんは、計8名の方にご参加いただきました！たくさんの方にご参加いただき、嬉しく思います。
いつも広島化成さんは商品が展示されているスペースからZoomにご参加いただくのですが、今回はパソコンを繋ぎながら一つひとつの商品を実際に画面に映して見せていただきました！
よりイメージが湧きやすかったですし、広島化成さんの原点となるツバメマークの草履も見せていただき、学生さんたちは興味津々でしたね。
ナビサイトを見て今回の座談会に予約してくださった方も多く、岡山・広島以外の学生さんのご参加もありました。
そのためか、既に就職活動を活発的に行っている方が多いように感じました。
後半の就活トークでは、学生さんのリアルなお話や質問が飛び出て、企業さんも「確かに…！」と頷く場面が多かったです。
例えば…、
「選考でこんな風に聞かれたらどう答える？」
「次回の選考でこんなことがあるんですが、企業の意図は何でしょうか？」
「ChatGPTって実際どうなの？」
など、それぞれの立場からの質問が多かったですね。
私も学生時代に座談会に参加していた立場でしたが、就活をしていると誰かの後押しが欲しくなる時があります。そんな時に座談会では企業さんの意見を聞けて、心が軽くなったような思い出があります🌟
学生さんの感想でも「他の就活生が考えていることや状況を知れて良かった」との声があがっていました！
スタッフが選ぶ、今回の印象的なお話
「ガクチカは結果ではなく過程」
ガクチカに書くようなネタがない…という学生さんの相談から出たお話です。
最近は「○倍にしました！」というような数字で見せるアピールが多いですが、宮地社長も藤村さんも「エピソードより、そこから自分が何を学んだのか」「どんなことを頑張ったのか」、そういった過程が大事だと仰っていました。
宮地社長は、「別に成功体験だけではなく、大失敗の体験もOK！」ということを言われており、学生さんの笑顔も見られました。
オンラインでも広島化成さんの明るく優しい雰囲気が伝わった座談会だったように思います。
