今回の座談会ゲストは株式会社渋谷石油さん。
前回に引き続き、渋谷社長と神野さんにご参加いただきました。
学生さんは2名ご参加いただき、様々なお話で大変盛り上がりました！

渋谷石油さんはカーライフ事業やフードライフ事業を展開されていますが、近年はeスポーツにもなじみがあります。
学生さんから「eスポーツとの関わり」について質問がありましたが、渋谷社長が岡山県のeスポーツ関連団体に関わっていらっしゃるそうです。
私もeスポーツは若者が楽しむものだと思っていたのですが、渋谷社長は「ゲームは高齢者の認知機能向上にも役立てていける」「高齢者と子どもたちをゲームを通じて繋げられる」と仰っていて、それが学生さんたちにとっても新しい気付きだったように思います。
eスポーツは企業が事業展開したとしてもなかなか利益を上げるのは難しいです。ですが、事業目的がしっかりしていて驚きました。
また様々な勉強会に参加して知見を得ていらっしゃるお二人ならではのお答えが多く、就職相談だけでなく人生通してのアドバイスが多かったように思います。
ただお二人とも寄り添ってお話をされるので、「リアルなお話が聞けた！」という感想が学生さんからあがっていましたね。
スタッフが選ぶ、今回の印象的なお話
「就活は内定を取るためではない」
既に説明会や選考が始まり、学生さんは悩む時期ですよね。
渋谷社長も神野さんも「内定を取るために就活をするのはあまりおすすめしない」と仰っていました。
例えば、内定を取った後、その企業で何をするのか、企業との価値観が合うか、そういうことを考えながら就活をした方が入社後により成長できると思います。
学生さんにとって、就活に対する姿勢を見直す機会になったのではないでしょうか。
