今回も学生と企業の緩やか座談会のイベントレポートをお届けします！

今回の座談会ゲストは株式会社ミナンさん。

前回に引き続き、中村社長と採用担当の山田さんにご参加いただきました！

 

学生からの質問を通して、ミナンさんの経営理念や中村社長の想いがよく伝わる回となりました。
今回は、学生さん4名が参加し、ミナンさんと学生さんの笑い声が良く聞こえる賑やかな回でした！

 

お二人ともフランクにお話されていたこともあり、ナビだけでは知ることのできないミナンさんの明るい雰囲気が伝わっており、学生さんも充実した時間を過ごすことができたのではないでしょうか！

「中村社長の中での最終的なゴール」や「職場の雰囲気づくりで心掛けていること」など、ミナンさんについて詳しく知ることのできる内容が多かったです。
学生さんの悩みに対して、元気づけられるお言葉やアドバイスがあり、学生さんも素敵な笑顔で「ありがとうございます！」と返事をしていたのが印象的でした！

学生さんから「ミナンさんで成長する人の特徴」を聞かれたときの中村社長の答えです。

人の意見を聞き、素直に目標に向かう一生懸命取り組む姿勢が大切だとおっしゃっていました。
また、「働く上で大切にしていること」に対する答えにも“誠実さ”を挙げていました。こちらは、「相手の立ち場になって考えること」や「お客様の想いを傾聴し、何ができるかを考えること」が大切だとおしゃっていました。

「人」を大事にしているミナンさんならではのお言葉ですね！
