今回の座談会ゲストはタナカマシーナリー株式会社さん。
毎年、この座談会にご参加いただいているタナカマシーナリーさんですが、今年は初めて総務部の石原さんにお越しいただきました！
学生さんは4名。全員男子の男子会でしたね。笑
全員文系でものづくりを学んだわけではなかったため、全体的に分かりやすいお話をしてくださっていました。
タナカマシーナリーさんは総社・岡山・倉敷に工場を構える（と言ってもそれぞれの工場の距離は近いです）会社さん。
学生さんからは実際気になるところである「休日」「お給料」などのお話が出ていました。
石原さんはただ会社をPRするのではなく、会社という組織の仕組みも含めて全体的にお話しくださっていたので、タナカマシーナリーさん以外でも応用がききそうな役立つお話が盛りだくさんだったように思います！
社員旅行やクラブ活動も積極的に実施されており、学生さんからは「楽しそう！」という声があがっていました。
時代の変化に伴って、休日は一人で家で過ごしたい、という方も増えてきているので、もちろん強制ではないそうです！
社員旅行はコロナのためしばらく控えていましたが、今年から海外旅行が復活し、海外or国内で選べるみたいですよ～！
他にも石原さんの就活のお話や新入社員時代のお話など、リアルな話も聞けて、盛り上がりました！
