今回の座談会ゲストは飛鳥グループ協同組合さん。
今年度は、取締役部長の妹尾さんにご参加いただきました。
妹尾さんから「プライベートの話も聞いていいよ！」と学生の緊張をほぐしてくれるような言動も多く、
フランクに話しかけてくださっていたこともあり、座談会に初めて参加する学生さんも楽しそうに参加していました！
初回の今回は、急遽飛び入り参加した方がいたこともあり、学生さん4名での開催となりました。
「好きを仕事にすべきか否か」「落ち込んだ時に早く立ち直るコツ」など就活生が気になるであろう話がたくさんありました！
終盤には、妹尾さんが趣味とおっしゃっていたアニメの話題で、より盛り上がっていました。
妹尾さんからは、学生さんの質問や発言に対して「大丈夫！」「比べる必要はないよ。」など勇気づけるようなお言葉も多く、
就活に対して不安な気持ちがあった学生さんも、前向きな気持ちになれたのではないかと思います！

「やったことは全部自分の力になる」
「自分がやっていることが正しいのか不安で、どうしたら解消されますか？」という質問に対しての妹尾さんの答えです。
妹尾さん自身の就活経験から「苦労した経験がのちに自信につながった」「最終的には良い結果が返ってくる」と学生さんが前向きになるようなお言葉がありました。
その他にも、自分の今後のビジョンを思い浮かべ、その時にどんな能力が必要かを考えるなど、就活においてのアドバイスもありました。
今回の座談会では、飛鳥グループさんについてだけでなく、就活全般で学びになるお話が多かったことも印象的でした！
