今回のゲストは前回に引き続き岡山トヨタ自動車さん。
今年度二回目の実施となる今回は、梶谷社長と採用担当・山本さんのお二方にお越しいただきました！

毎回来られる役員が変わる岡山トヨタ自動車さんですが、梶谷社長にご参加いただいたのは約2年ぶり。
お仕事はもちろん、社会貢献活動にも積極的な梶谷社長。お忙しい合間を縫ってご参加いただき、改めて感謝申し上げます。
一方学生さんは、5名の方にお越しいただきました。
合説帰りでスーツで来られた方もいらっしゃいました。
梶谷社長は柔らかいお話をされるので学生さんも和やかにコミュニケーションが取れていたのではないかと思います。
梶谷社長からの優しいアドバイスは学生さんにとって励みになったようです！
また今回は「地域貢献」「営業」に興味を持つ方もいらっしゃったので、その話題が多かったですね。
採用担当の山本さんは、入社時は営業でスタートされているので、営業のポイントややりがい、コツなどを、実体験を交えながらお話しいただきました。
人生の先輩としてお二人から様々なヒントをいただけたと思います。
学生さんからは「楽しかった」「就活のその先の人生について教えてもらった」などの感想をいただきました。
スタッフが選ぶ、今回の印象的なお話
「緊張するのは悪いことではない」
どうしても面接になると緊張してしまう、という声が多くあがります。
もちろん企業側も緊張しますし、面接の際に学生さんが緊張するのは当たり前、という視点で接しています。
ただ「悪いことではないよ」と言ってくださるところが岡山トヨタ自動車のお二人らしいお言葉だったように思います。
また「自分が評価されると思うから緊張する」のではないか、という話も。梶谷社長は「自分が企業を選ぶという意識を持ってほしい」ということも繰り返し仰っていました。
学生さんはとても勇気づけられたようです…！
