今回は25卒対象イベントとして初開催した「若手社員と学生の交流会」のイベントレポートをお届けします！
このイベントは10月と11月に計2回開催し、それぞれ4社の企業の若手社員さんにお越しいただきました！

第一回目の今回は、4社の企業の若手社員さんと8名の学生さんが参加してくださいました！
「もっとカッチリした雰囲気かと思っていました」と言われるほど、あたたかく、くだけた交流の時間となりました。

「見栄で仕事はやるもんじゃない」
「社会人になってからも色々な道がある」
「冠婚葬祭は今後も必要とされる仕事。だからいつ無くなるのか不安になることがない」
参加学生の感想
- 今まで見ていなかった職種にも興味が湧いてきました。
- 実際の仕事で何をモチベーションにしているのかを知れて良かったです。
- 社会人でもけっこう遊べるという話が印象に残りました。
- 楽しそうに過ごし、仕事にやりがいを感じている大人ばかりで、より真剣に就活しようと思いました。

第二回目の今回は、4社の企業の若手社員さんと7名の学生さんが参加してくださいました！
ゲスト社員さんも学生さんも、皆さんワイワイと休憩時間も話が止まらないほどじっくり楽しそうに話をされていました。
学生からは「BtoBとBtoCの営業形態の違い」「就活の対策でやった方が良いこと」などの質問がありました。
また、“こんな会社は嫌だ”というトークテーマでは「上司は選べないよね」というリアルな話も聞こえました。
ゲスト社員さん自身も就活中の「絶対に譲れない条件（就活の軸）」の話もされていました。
また「○○さんの△△なところはアピールに使っても良いと思う」など具体的なアドバイスも印象的でした。
参加学生の感想
- 同じ職種や業種でも、会社によって業務にかなり差があることを知れた。
- 就活を始めるのは早めの方が色々と気付きがあるので、今後もイベントに参加して就活を進めていきたい。
- 若手社員の方々のお話を聞き、自分が働いているビジョンをうっすらと想像することができた。
