ステラボとは？
ステラボはODL就活Caféで毎年行っている就活準備のためのガイダンスです。
就活ガイダンスと聞くと堅苦しいイメージがあるかもしれませんが、ゲームやワークを交え、少人数制で楽しく毎回テーマを変えて開催しています。

今回のテーマは、「早期選考にも使える！エントリーシート＆履歴書の書き方講座」
以下の内容で開催しました！
(1) ESと履歴書の違い
まずは、分かっているようで説明しようと思うと難しい「ESと履歴書の違い」について説明を行いました。
履歴書は主に応募者のプロフィールや経歴が分かるものです。
ESももちろんその側面は持っていますが、履歴書よりも「企業が求める人材かどうか」がより分かるものとなっていますね。
(2) ESを書く時のポイント
志望動機・自己PR・ガクチカそれぞれの「企業が見ているポイント」を解説しました
文章から企業側が読み取ろうとしているものが分かれば書きやすくなります！
しかし、そのことにとらわれすぎて嘘を書いてしまうのだけは気を付けて…！
(3) 実際にガクチカを書いてみよう
企業が見ているポイントを踏まえて、実践ワークでは一緒にガクチカを組み立てていきました！
ガクチカの文章校正において4つのポイントを設け、それに沿って区切りながら内容を書いていくので、組み立てやすい方法です！

続くコロナ禍でオンライン面接を取り入れている企業は一気に増えています。
それでも中小企業の選考や、大企業の最終面接は対面で実施するケースも多いです。
