岡山は昨晩に台風14号が接近していましたが、皆さんは影響はなかったでしょうか？
さて、今回は9月16日に開催したステラボのイベントレポートをお届けします！
ステラボとは？
ステラボはODL就活Caféで毎年行っている就活準備のためのガイダンスです。
就活ガイダンスと聞くと堅苦しいイメージがあるかもしれませんが、ゲームやワークを交え、少人数制で楽しく毎回テーマを変えて開催しています。

今回のテーマは、「自分は何がやりたいの？興味・関心を掘り起こす自己分析」
以下の内容で開催しました！
(1) 自己分析って何？
まずは「そもそも自己分析とは？」という基礎の部分からお話をしました！
自己分析をしておくと就活の選考対策になるのはもちろんですが、今後の人生においても大きな軸となります。
大変ですが、必ず今から少しずつ進めておきましょう！
(2) 今の興味を深掘りしよう
さっそく自己分析のワークを実践！
初めに、「今自分が興味のあること」に関して深掘りしていきました！
自分の興味のあるものでも、「それはなぜ？」と理由を深掘りされると答えを見つけるのはなかなか難しいものです。
参加者の皆さんも頭を悩ませていました…！
(3) 新たな興味を発見！
次のワークでは、皆さんの小学生時代から大学生時代までで「夢中になったもの・時間を費やしたもの」について振り返ってもらいました。
スタッフがその内容を聞いてフィードバックを行い、新たに「向いている・興味のあるもの」を発見していきました。
皆さんの人となりや意外な一面も見え、楽しいワークの時間となりました！
学生の感想
- 改めて自分自身について考える良いきっかけになったと思う。
- 今、興味を持っている事でも「元々どうして興味を持ったのだろう？」と考えてみると、これまでの自分がどう作られてきたのかが明確になって面白かった。日常の趣味でも「どういう所に惹かれたのか」を考えることで、仕事選びに繋がるんだなという事が分かりました。
