今回も『学生と企業の緩やか座談会』のイベントレポートをアップします！
今回は2022年3月16日に開催した平林金属株式会社さんの座談会の様子をお届けします。

平林金属さんについて
今年で2年目の座談会ご参加となる平林金属さん。
合説などにも積極的に参加されているので、社名は知っている方も多いかもしれませんね。
平林金属さんは鉄・金属を中心としたマテリアルリサイクルを生業とする企業さんです。
岡山県内各地に拠点を持ち、法人（会社、自治体、学校などなど）で不用になったものを回収し、資源に戻しています。
近年はえこ便というB to C店舗を立ち上げ、よりスマートにごみを出せる仕組みを確立させました。
今回の座談会では、そんな平林金属を牽引する平林社長と、人事の小室さんにお越しいただきました！

就活、何が不安？社長のアドバイスと共にお届けします
今回は対面・オンラインとを同時に行いハイブリッド開催で、計5名の学生さんにご参加いただきました。
ただ質問タイムを繰り返すだけじゃおもしろくないかな、ということで、今回はまずは学生さんの就活について聞いてみました。
なんと一人ひとりに平林社長がアドバイスや想いを語ってくださったので、とても貴重な会になったのではないかと思っています…！
今回あげられた学生さんのお悩みは、これを読んでいる他の学生さんにとっても当てはまることかなと思うので、一部ご紹介させていただきますね。
気持ちの浮き沈みが激しい
これは私もそうでした。「やった！できた！」と手ごたえを感じたり就活へのモチベーションが上がったりする時と、「全然うまくいかなかった…」「やる気が出ない…」とモチベーションが下がってしまう時とありますよね。
例えば、最近多いのが「テストの対策」。なかなか解けない、ということが続くと落ち込んでしまいますよね。
これに対して平林社長は、「解けないことは仕方ない。大事なのは、その時にどうするかという思考や行動ではないか」と仰っていました。
できない問題はできないままにせず、次出た時に解けるように準備すること。あきらめずコツコツと取り組むことで皆さんの力になると思います。
また、「準備する」というそのものも大切なことだと平林社長。
就活中、目には見えませんが様々なチャンスが転がっていると思います。それを自分のモノにするためには、しっかりと準備をして臨むと良いですね。
面接が不安
ODL就活Caféでも面接練習の個別相談が増えてきました。
平林社長は、「目や気も実は大事。波動が合うかどうか」というお話をしてくださいました。
話す中身ももちろんですが、「この会社で頑張りたい」という気持ちは目や気にあらわれます。
その時受けている会社が、今は第一志望！と思って取り組んでみてください。
平林金属さんは今までの座談会などでも「今いるスタッフと合うかどうかということも、ポイントの一つ」と仰っていますね。
公務員や教職との迷い
これも毎年学生さんから挙がるお悩みです。
教職や公務員に就くか、それとも民間で就活をするか、本当に並行して取り組めるのか…不安は尽きません。
平林社長は、教職や公務員の仕事の良さも前提としてお話しいただいた後、「実はヒラキンにも教える仕事はある」と仰っていました。
毎年多くの工場見学（小中学生など）や教室などを実施している平林金属さん。これらの中で仕事やリサイクルのことなどについて話し伝える機会はあります。
実は話すのがとても苦手だったスタッフも、今ではイキイキと話しているらしく、練習や経験を積むことで成長にも繋がるんだなと改めて感心させられました。
企業の良さが伝わる座談会
今回は就活の話題がメインで、その後質疑応答を受けました。
ここでは書けませんが選考内容についても少しお話があり、座談会参加者ならではの情報を持って帰っていただけました。
平林社長や小室さんのお人柄が垣間見えてとても良い時間だったと思います。

Auch die weiteren Rollen sind glänzend besetzt
mit Joe Pesci und James Woods; eine großartige Leistung zeigt Sharon Stone, für deren Rolle ursprünglich Madonna vorgesehen war.
In der Hauptrolle, die von dem real existierenden Gangster Tony „The Ant“ Spilotra inspiriert
ist, demonstriert Robert De Niro erneut seine Wandlungsfähigkeit.
Als Sam einen unfähigen Casinomitarbeiter feuert, der seinen Job nur als Schwager eines einflussreichen Politikers
aus Las Vegas bekam, ist das der Anfang vom Ende. Doch damit verletzt Nicky den Ehrencodex der Mafia und
zieht den Zorn der Bosse auf sich.
Doch trotz der eindrucksvollen Optik verliert der Film gelegentlich den Fokus, da Scorsese sich in Details verliert.
Die exzellente Kameraarbeit von Robert Richardson und der kraftvolle 70er-Jahre-Soundtrack untermalen die Handlung auf packende Weise.
Martin Scorsese liefert mit „Casino“ ein visuell beeindruckendes und inhaltlich dichtes Epos über Macht, Gier und
den Untergang im Glitzerparadies Las Vegas.
