締めくくりとして一緒に就活準備を進めていきましょう！
さて、今回は12月7日に開催したステラボのイベントレポートをお届けします！
ステラボとは？
ステラボはODL就活Caféで毎年行っている就活準備のためのガイダンスです。
就活ガイダンスと聞くと堅苦しいイメージがあるかもしれませんが、ゲームやワークを交え、少人数制で楽しく毎回テーマを変えて開催しています。

今回のテーマは「面接対策」
今回は初めてのテーマ、面接対策です。
昨年はWebに特化した対策をお伝えしましたが、コロナ禍における就活3年目となる23卒は対面とオンラインとを両方経験していく可能性があります。
そのため、今回は対面・オンライン両方の面接のポイントをお伝えしました。
はじめに・・・面接の種類
今の時期はまだ面接を本格的にスタートしているわけではありませんが、これから対策を始めていかないといけない時期になります。
まずは面接の種類について説明しました。
開催形式は対面とオンラインとの2種類
まずは開催形式について。それぞれにメリットやデメリットがありますね。
対面形式
対面形式の良さは何といっても、空気感がお互いに伝わりやすいということ。
その分ごまかしはききませんが、裏を返せばありのままの自分を評価してもらえますね。
面接会場が会社の場合、面接に関わる人（人事や面接官など）以外の働く様子、スタッフの様子を見ることもできるかもしれません。
オンライン形式
コロナの影響で急速に深まったオンライン。
メリットは、時間と交通費の節約になり、効率的に企業を受けられる点。岡山にいながら遠方の企業、県外の企業を受けることも可能になりました。
反対にデメリットは、電波状況によりコミュニケーションがスムーズにできないことがある、ということと、画面の見え方がそのまま印象に左右される（本当はそうじゃないのに画面上では悪い印象になってしまう）恐れがあることですね。
企業・先輩学生の声

私がお会いする企業さんはみんな「対面が良い」と口を揃えておっしゃいます。岡山だから、というわけではなく全国的に言えるかなあと。
しっかり準備をしておけば対面・オンラインでの印象はあまり変わりません。ですが岡山の企業は対面で働く機会が多い以上、一度はお会いしたいという声をよく聞きます。
また先輩学生に話を聞くと、「対面の方が好き」という声が圧倒的に多いです。
ただし、「対面とオンライン、どちらが緊張する？」という質問の回答は半々くらい。人によるのでしょうね。
集団面接と個別面接
集団（グループ）と個別は受ける学生の人数の違いです。面接官の人数は企業によって異なります。
一般的には、一次面接で集団、二次面接以降で個別面接になります。
また「一人ひとりをじっくり見ていきたい」ということで最初から個別面接をされる企業さんも増えていると思います。
面接のポイント
今回は模擬面接までは行いませんでしたが、面接でどんな言動をしたらいいかというポイントをおさえていきました。
そもそも企業は学生のどこを見て評価しているのでしょうか？
様々なものがあると思いますが、主に二つに分けられると思います。
一緒に働きたいと思えるかどうか
どんな人と一緒に働きたいか？という話はよく出ますが、どの企業にも共通して言えるのは「明るい」「前向き」「やる気がある」の3要素だと思います。
これらが面接で伝わるようにすると印象が良いですね。
例えば・・・
- 笑顔で反応できる
- 相槌をしっかりしている（あなたの話を聞いていますよ、という意思表示になり積極性が伝わる）
- 身だしなみが整っている
- 会話のキャッチボールができる
など、これらは日常的に取り組んでみてみると良いですね。
自社の求める人物像に合うかどうか
自社の求める人物像というと、
- 今いる社員と一緒に働くイメージが湧くか
- 社風やビジョンに沿った人物か（人柄や能力など）
- 求める職種に沿った人物か（人柄や能力など）
などが挙げられます。
これらは企業によって異なるので、ナビサイトやホームページから調べてみるのが近道です。
このためにも企業研究って大事なんですね…！
