2022年卒の就職活動が佳境を迎えているこの時期。
大変遅くなりましたが、今回のブログでは2021年1月9～11日に開催した『i-Canvas』のイベントレポートをお届けします！
（いないと思うけど）楽しみに待っていた方、いらっしゃったらすみません！笑
i-Canvasってどんなイベント？
▲昨年度の開催風景です。
『i-Canvas』は、3日間を使用した日帰りのプログラムです。
「選択理論心理学」をベースに、「人はなぜどのように行動するか」の原理原則を学び、
- 願望はなぜ実現するか
- 目的、目標がなぜ重要なのか
- なぜ人間関係は難しくなるか
- モチベーションはどうしたら保てるか
といった心理学の分野から、レクチャー、ディスカッション、ワーク、シェアで学んでいきます。
そして自身が人生に何を求めているのか、自身の持ち味（個性）とは何か、仕事を通じてどんな幸せを手に入れたいのか、自身の根底にある願望を探り、職業選択の基軸や働く目的を明確にしていくイベントです。
なかなか3日間参加するのは心身ともに大変ですが、参加した学生さんからは「i-Canvasが一番思い出深い」と話してくださいますね…。
今年度も申し込みの段階から、学生さんに好評でした…！嬉しかったです。

参加学生の感想
ごく一部ですが、学生さんの感想をご紹介します。
三日間を通じて印象に残ったこと
- 選択理論が一番心に残りました。自分の上質世界を見つめ、新たにしてみたいこと、チャレンジしてみたい職業が見つかりました。
- 成果が上がる人、上がらない人の違いのところ。i-Canvasに参加することによって、成果が上がる人にかなり近づけたのではないかと考えています。
- 人には基本的欲求が存在し、それを上手くコントロールすることで、自分自身も相手が今何を求めているのかも把握できるかもしれません。その人の欲求に合わせた接し方をすることでいい関係が築けること。
- 基本的欲求で自分には承認欲求が強いと改めて分かったことです。自分の上質世界にあり願望であると知って、承認欲求をもとに何がしたいのかを考えることができ、前よりも世界が広がりました。
友人に今回のプログラムに参加したことの内容をもし伝えるとしたら、一番伝えたいことはどんなことですか？
- “人には基本的欲求がある”ということです。何かを不満に感じた時は、「何の欲求が満たされていないんだろう？」と自問自答し、満たすような行動をとればいいということを伝えたいです。
- まだ就活をしていない人に特に言いたいですが、合同説明会などがあればとりあえず参加をしてみるという気持ちが大切だということを伝えたいです。
- 自分の人生の長い時間を仕事に費やすので、やりたい仕事についた方がいいこと、願望に沿った行動をするべきということなど。
- 明確な願望を設定することで行動に変化が生まれるため、自分を見つめ願望を今一度見つめ直してほしいです。
その他感想
- グループディスカッションをする時間もあり、制限時間内にお互いの意見を一つにまとめる大変さとおもしろさを知ることができました。次にディスカッションをする時は、もっと上手にできるようにしたいと思います。
- この3日間で6人の就活仲間ができたのが良かったです。コロナ禍で人との関わりが少なくなっていたので貴重でした。色々楽しく考えて話しながら勉強できておもしろかったです。
- 就活軸だけでなく自分の人生軸みたいなものも決められた気がします。これからは冷静に自分の感情と向き合えそうです。
- 上質世界について紙にたくさん書いてみて発表したけど、正直自信もなくて納得できなかったです。でも家に帰ってもう一回やり直してみると学んだことをもとに整理できました。本当に来て良かったです。
- 選択理論を学べて本当に良かったです。他責にしないこと、願望の正しい充足など意識していきます。
- 視野を広く持ち、最終的な目標を達成するためには、入り口は別のステージでもいい、そんな気持ちで望むことも大切だと学びました。
3日間、本当にお疲れ様でした！今回の経験が、就職活動・今後の生活で必ず活かせると思います！
