先日もブログにアップしました『職場見学ツアー』。
2021年に入ってからも学生さんからの要望を受け、数回開催しています。
今回は、2021年2月8日に開催した職場見学の様子をお届けします！
職場見学ツアーってどんなイベント？

職場見学ツアーは1日に3社企業さんをまわり、1社あたり1時間～1時間半程度、職場見学を行うイベントです。
気軽に企業さんの会社の雰囲気・働く様子などを見ることができたり、今まで知らなかった業界や仕事についての理解が深まったりするため、参加された学生さんからは好評をいただいています。

今回開催したのはAコース。以下の3社さんを訪問させていただきました！
- ネットリンクス株式会社 さん
- タナカマシーナリー株式会社 さん
- 株式会社山田車輌 さん
(1) ネットリンクス株式会社 さん
最初にお伺いしたのは、ODL就活Caféから歩いてすぐのネットリンクス株式会社さん。
ネットリンクスさんは、コロナが流行する前からテレワーク制度を導入されており、この日も本社・サテライトオフィスの2拠点を訪問しながらテレワークの様子を肌で感じることができました。
社長や採用担当の方、入社1～2年目のスタッフの方、とそれぞれ立場の異なる方からお話を伺い、非常に勉強になりました。
スタンディングデスクをはじめ、ネットリンクスさんの社内の工夫も実際に見学させていただき、より理解を深められたと思います。

(2) タナカマシーナリー株式会社 さん
車に乗り、お昼ご飯を食べ、次に向かったのはタナカマシーナリー株式会社さん。
今回は一番新しい工場である、岡山工場を見学させていただきました！
ものづくり・工場というと、レーンで繰り返し作業というイメージを持たれる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、タナカマシーナリーさんのものづくりは全く異なります。
工場を見ると製品が全然異なり、オーダーメイド製品をつくられている様子を見ることができました。
ものづくりのイメージが変わった！との学生さんの声があがっていました。

(3) 株式会社山田車輌 さん
最後に伺ったのは、倉敷の水島にある株式会社山田車輌さん。
トラックや建機を国内外に販売されている会社さんです。
今回は海外事業部と国内事業部にてそれぞれ仕事内容をご説明いただきました。
スタッフの皆さんが、忙しい中手を止めてご対応くださり、とてもあたたかい印象を受けました。
一人ひとりが責任を持って仕事に取り組んでいらっしゃるんだなということもお話を伺っていて感じましたね。

今回の3社は座談会にも参加します！
今回参加してくれた学生さんに話を聞いてみると、「会社の雰囲気や人間関係を大切にしたい」という声があがりました。
このブログを読んでくれている方の中にも、同じ想いを抱いている方が大勢いらっしゃると思います。
普段から色々な会社さんと接する機会が多い私たちですが、「会社の雰囲気が良い」と一言で言っても、その中身は様々だなと感じています。
例えば、『明るくワイワイした雰囲気』『落ち着いている雰囲気』など、その人によって『居心地の良い雰囲気』は変わってきますよね。
これらをきちんと持った上で企業さんと接すると、より企業選びに役立つと思います！
今回ご協力いただいた3社の企業さんは、それぞれ学生と企業の緩やか座談会にもご参加いただきます！
コロナウイルスの影響で、対面形式でのインターンシップ・会社説明会が開催されるか分からない中、対面で企業に会える機会は大切ですよね。
