【SNSやブログを用いた広報活動体験】インターンシップを開催しました！

みなさん、お久しぶりです！

ODL就活Caféスタッフの景山です。

 

すっかり秋らしい季節になりましたね。

寒暖差も激しく、服装に困る毎日です…。体調管理にはくれぐれもお気をつけください。

 

さて、学生の皆さんはそろそろ新学期が始まる季節だと思います。

夏休みはインターンシップに参加したという声もちらほら聞いています。お疲れ様でした！

 

ODL就活Caféでもインターンシップを開催しているのですが、今回はその様子をお伝えいたします。

今年の夏のインターンシップは2コース制

毎年夏に開催しているインターンシップですが、毎年中身を少しずつ変えて開催しています。

今年のプログラムは【企画・広報 実践型スキルアップコース】。

その中でも今回ご紹介するのは【広報チーム】のインターンシップです！

広報チームで取り組んだこと

広報チームはその名の通り、SNSやブログを用いて情報発信を行うチームです。

学生目線で「どんな情報があったら学生は興味をそそられるんだろう？」という観点で情報発信を行っていただきました。

今回の参加動機や目標は？

今回は計3名の学生さんにご参加いただきました。

広報の仕事に興味のある方、就活の知識をつけたい方など参加動機や目的は様々。

それぞれの目標を達成できるよう私たちスタッフも意識してサポートしていきました。

 

ちなみに広報チーム全体としての目標は、「Instagramの対象フォロワー数を伸ばす」こと。

学生の利用率が高いInstagramを中心に、岡山県で就活を検討している学生をフォロワーとして獲得することを目標に掲げました。

（終わって振り返ってみると、フォロワー数を伸ばすのはやっぱり対象難しい！長期的に取り組んでいきたいなと思っています。。）

それぞれ2～3回ずつの投稿で試行錯誤

今回のインターンシップは下記のスケジュールで計8日間行いました。

  1. 初日顔合わせ、今後のスケジュール決定
  2. ミーティング（コンテンツの決定）
  3. ミーティング（取材準備）、SNSの作成
  4. SNSの作成、予約投稿設定
  5. 4年生の先輩への取材
  6. ブログ記事作成
  7. ブログとSNSの作成、予約投稿設定
  8. 最終日、振り返り

初日と最終日のみ対面で行い、残りの6日間はWebで開催しました。

前半…就活情報コンテンツの発信

前半はInstagramを用いて、それぞれが欲しいと思う情報を発信しました。

「就活のメイクやファッション」「ビジネス用語（言葉遣い）」といった就活情報や、ODL就活Café動員に向けた「周辺スポット（飲食店）の紹介」を更新してもらいました。

 

画像の作成、文章の作成、ハッシュタグの設定など、みんなで相談・確認し合いながら投稿することができました。

後半…先輩へ取材した内容の発信

後半では、4年生の先輩に就活体験談を取材し、その内容をブログとSNS（Instagram、Twitter）で発信しました。

取材をするのも初めての学生たちでしたが、事前に質問を決めていたのでスムーズに進めることができたと思います。

 

そして取材した内容を受けて、ブログとSNSの投稿を行いました。

前半で投稿した内容とその反応を振り返った上で、より学生に見てもらえる内容を考えて更新してもらいました。

インターンシップを振り返って

今回のインターンシップでは、主にSNSの更新に取り組んでもらいました。

普段使っているSNSでも、ビジネス用で目的を持って更新するのは初めての学生ばかり。

悪戦苦闘しながらも一生懸命チャレンジしてくれた結果、「いいね」「保存」などの反応をいただくことができました！

本人たちの感想の中でも「難しかったけど、反応があると嬉しかった」という声が挙がりました。

 

また、先輩への取材を通して就活そのものの知識も付けることができたのではないでしょうか？

今回は2年生の方も参加してくれましたが、「インターンシップってそもそも何？」の状態から色々と勉強ができたと感想をいただいています。

 

そして、各日行ったミーティングを通して、ミーティングの進め方や意見のまとめ方、発言など様々なことを学んでくれたようです。

Webでのインターンシップで難しい場面もあったと思いますが、一生懸命積極的に取り組んでくれて、私も8日間の短い期間で学生の皆さんの成長を感じることができました。

私自身、学生のアイディアで勉強になることも多く、大変有意義な期間になったと思っています！

※アクリルパネルを設置しているためマスクを外して行いました。インターンシップ全体を通して、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大予防を徹底しています。
