近年多くの学生さんが当たり前のように参加している「インターンシップ」。
冬の時期は就活直前として、たくさんのインターンシップが開催されていますが、なかなか忙しくて参加しにくいという声もよく聞きます。
そんな中、もっと手軽に企業のことを知れる企画として今年の2～3月に開催した「職場見学ツアー」！
1日3社まわってそれぞれの企業さんを見学できるこの企画は、毎年学生さんから好評です。
今回はそんな職場見学ツアーのうち、2月下旬～3月上旬に開催された様子をお伝えします。
※本イベントは緊急事態宣言発令前の2月下旬～3月上旬に開催されたイベントです。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止に注意した上で開催いたしました。

2月25日 Bコース
2月25日は2コースを同時に開催しました。
Bコースでは岡山市北区の3社の企業さんをまわっていきました。
ネットリンクス株式会社 さん
ネットリンクスさんは、ITと会計を融合したサービスで中小企業の悩み解決を行っている企業さんです。
本社内では、「誰が出勤・休みなのか」「誰が何時に会社を出て帰ってくるのか」「誰が本社にいるのか、新事務所のFROGGにいるのか」などの情報が一目で分かるモニターを見学させて頂きました。
スケジュールの関係で学生さん一名での訪問でしたが、一対一でしっかり説明をしてくださり、質問にもたくさん答えて頂き、楽しい時間となりました。
ダイシン電機株式会社 さん
続いては、岡山市北区御津にあるダイシン電機さんへお伺いしました。
ダイシン電機さんは創業から60年以上、配電盤「のみ」にとことんこだわって制作をされているメーカーです。
今回は同じ日にダイシン電機さんのインターンシップに参加されていた学生さんと共に、見学させて頂きました！
工場見学では藤井社長が直接、広い工場内を説明してくださいました。
ダイシン電機さんは全ての工程を自社内で行う「一貫生産」体制をとっているため、工場をぐるっと一周見学するだけで配電盤ができるまでの流れが丸分かりです！
平林金属株式会社 さん
この日最後に訪れたのは平林金属さんで、ダイシン電機さんと同じく岡山市北区御津にある「リサイクルファーム御津」を見学させて頂きました！
リサイクルファーム御津では、テレビや冷蔵庫、エアコンと言った家電を主にリサイクルする施設です。
最初は施設の紹介映像を視聴させて頂きました！
そして実際に工場を見せて頂きました。写真は、工場内が見渡せる高い位置に設けられている見学ルートです。
私たちの生活に身近な家電がどのようにリサイクルされていくのか、学生さんも興味深々な様子でした。
2月25日 Cコース①
Bコースと同日に開催されたCコースでは、学生さんの日程調整の関係で、2日間に分けて開催しました。
2月25日は3社中2社にお伺いし、会社見学を行いました。
株式会社岡田商運 さん
岡田商運さんは敷地も広く、募集職種もいくつかあるため全てを見ることはできませんでしたが、主に事務所や岡山営業所を見学させていただきました。
経理や配車管理などそれぞれの仕事に就く先輩社員の方々のお話を聞くことができました。
印象的だったのは女性社員の方の「（仕事は）楽しいです！」というお話。
本当に心から仰っているんだろうなというのが伝わってきました。
人事の方もフランクに接してくださり、良い面だけでなく大変なところも見せてくださったので物流会社のリアルな仕事内容について、理解を深めることができました。
岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社 さん
次に向かったのは岡山トヨタ自動車さん。
最初に映像を見せていただき、トヨタが目指す未来や街づくりについて理解を深めました。
これからこんな未来が広がっているんだ…と思うと私も拝見していてワクワクしました！
次にフォルクスワーゲンの西岡山店にお伺いし、実際に自動車を見せていただきました。
今回ご参加いただいた学生さんはあまり運転経験がないそうで、自動車の店舗をじっくり見るのも初めてだったようです。
自動車ごとの特徴や違いも知ることができ、「車が欲しくなった！」との声もあがっていました。
2月26日 Aコース
2月25日に引き続き、2月26日はAコースを開催しました。
今回は遠距離での移動が多く、朝早くから夕方まで頑張って参加してくれました！
広島化成株式会社 さん
最初に訪問したのは福山市にある広島化成さん。
前回の職場見学と同様、会議室で会社概要のお話を伺った後に、展示場でシューズを見せていただきました。
1っ社目の訪問とあって学生さんも緊張気味の様子でしたが、広島化成さんがフレンドリーに優しく接してくださったので和やかな雰囲気で開催することができました。
月末でお忙しい中、時間を割いていただいて分かりやすい説明をありがとうございました！
株式会社スーパードライチェーン さん
2社目に訪問したのはスーパードライチェーンさんのクリーニング工場。
たくさんの機械に囲まれた工場内を赤木常務に案内していただきました。
アイロンの機械も場所（袖や首元など）によって異なっていて、効率的にお仕事をされている様子を見ることができました。
普段家で使っているアイロンとはパワーが異なっていて迫力満点！
質問時間もたくさん設けていただいたのでドッグカフェ・ドッグラン事業のお話もたくさん伺いました。
株式会社カートップ さん
最後に向かったのは自動車販売を行うカートップさん。
岡山県民なら一度は通ったことのある？2号線バイパスに本店をかまえており、見覚えのある方も多いと思います。
今回はそのバイパスから見ても目立つ建物の中も見せていただきました！
また実際に中で働いている雰囲気も見せていただきました。
健康経営を目的としたスタンディングデスクや社員さん同士のコミュニケーションの様子を拝見し、「楽しそう」と学生さんも思ったそうですよ！
3月6日 Cコース②
2月25日に開催したCコースの残り1社は3月上旬に開催しました。
仕事内容に興味のある2年生の学生さんも参加してくれました。
玉野土建株式会社 さん
玉野土建さんは玉野市で大正時代から建設業を営む老舗企業さんです。
まずは目の前に瀬戸内海が広がるオーシャンビューの本社ビルへお邪魔し、「総務」や「設計」などの仕事内容を見学させて頂きました。
本社ビルの屋上からは、三井E&Sグループさんの造船工場が見えます。
玉野土建さんの土木部では、こちらの造船工場に入ってお仕事をされている方もいらっしゃいます。
他にも車で回って施工した現場を実際に見せて頂くなど、貴重な体験がたくさんできました！
オンライン時代だからこそ大切にしたい「直接会える機会」
私たちスタッフも学生さんたちに同行し、短期間で多くの企業さんを見学させて頂きました。
同行して感じたことは、「実際に足を運び、自分の目と耳で見て学べることはかなり多い」ということです。
私も初めてお伺いした企業さんが何社かありましたが、インターネットの情報のみを見た時と、実際に見学して感じたものは良い意味で大きく違いました。
職場見学ツアー参加後に「最初は縁がないと思っていた企業さんでしたが、社内の雰囲気に惹かれて興味を持ちました」と話してくれた学生さんもいて嬉しく感じました。
今年のコロナ禍の就職活動ではWebでの説明会や選考会が多くなり、会社に直接足を運べる機会がこれまでと比べて大きく減りました。
今後の就職活動がどうなっていくかはまだ読めない部分が多いですが、2022卒の学生さん向けの職場見学ツアーも開催に向け準備を進めていきますので、ブログを読んで興味を持った方は是非参加してもらえると嬉しいです！
