学生と企業の緩やか座談会は、内容を一言で言うと「岡山・広島の中小企業のトップと話せるイベント」です。
こんな人にオススメしたい！というポイントをまとめてみました。
岡山県内で就職したい！
座談会の参加企業は岡山・広島の中小企業10社で、10社それぞれ3回ずつ開催します。
岡山県内に本社を構える企業が9社、同じく広島県内では1社のご参加になります。
どの企業も新卒採用を積極的に行っている優良企業で、社長も親しみやすい方ばかりです。
様々な企業の話を聞いてみたい！
開催期間は2020年1月～4月で春休みの期間を挟むため、何度も参加しやすいのが嬉しいポイント！
自分の興味のある企業のみ参加する人に加えて、「全社1回ずつ参加する！」や「この企業さんは全3回参加する！」という学生さんも少数ですが毎年いらっしゃいます。
多くの企業の話を聞いて損をすることはありませんので、ぜひ色んな企業の話を聞いて就活に役立ててください！

座談会の特長の一つは定員8名という「少人数制」であること。
3月に入り本格的な就活が始まると、企業の人と関わる機会が増えてきますが、社長と一対一で話せる機会というものはあまり多くはありません。
座談会では少人数で机を囲んで話をするため、社長との距離がグッと近付きます！
最低1人1回は質問ができるので、どんどん聞きたいことを質問してくださいね。
