学生と企業の緩やか座談会は、内容を一言で言うと「岡山・広島の中小企業のトップと話せるイベント」です。
こんな人にオススメしたい！というポイントをまとめてみました。
岡山県内で就職したい！
座談会の参加企業は岡山・広島の中小企業10社で、10社それぞれ3回ずつ開催します。
岡山県内に本社を構える企業が9社、同じく広島県内では1社のご参加になります。
どの企業も新卒採用を積極的に行っている優良企業で、社長も親しみやすい方ばかりです。
様々な企業の話を聞いてみたい！
開催期間は2020年1月～4月で春休みの期間を挟むため、何度も参加しやすいのが嬉しいポイント！
自分の興味のある企業のみ参加する人に加えて、「全社1回ずつ参加する！」や「この企業さんは全3回参加する！」という学生さんも少数ですが毎年いらっしゃいます。
多くの企業の話を聞いて損をすることはありませんので、ぜひ色んな企業の話を聞いて就活に役立ててください！

座談会の特長の一つは定員8名という「少人数制」であること。
3月に入り本格的な就活が始まると、企業の人と関わる機会が増えてきますが、社長と一対一で話せる機会というものはあまり多くはありません。
座談会では少人数で机を囲んで話をするため、社長との距離がグッと近付きます！
最低1人1回は質問ができるので、どんどん聞きたいことを質問してくださいね。
※一部の企業は、社長ではなく採用担当の方がいらっしゃいます。

「学生と企業の緩やか座談会」とイベント名にもある通り、座談会は「緩やか」や「和やか」、「ざっくばらん」がテーマです。
学生さんからの質問はやはり「企業のこと」や「仕事のこと」、「就活のこと」が中心にはなりますが、それ以外の質問もOK！むしろ大歓迎です！
過去には、「一般就職か教員を目指すかで悩んでいる」と相談し、その時の座談会のゲストだった社長から力強いアドバイスをもらって道を決めた学生さんもいらっしゃいます。
社長のプライベートや過去の話も、学生さんから質問されるたびに盛り上がる話題です！
（かしこそうな質問をしないと…）と思わず、人生経験が豊富な社長に何でも聞いてみてください。
緊張しない空間で話がしたい！
なんと座談会では、企業さんセレクトの「お菓子」が一人一つ出ます！美味しいだけでなく、面白いお菓子も…！？
