毎年2回開催している、就活生対象イベント「就活交流会」が先日11月20日に開催されました！
今回はこのイベントレポートをお届けします。
最多8大学が集結！
今回はいつもより人数が少なく、先輩4名、後輩4名の計8名の学生さんたちで開催しました。
なんと全員大学がバラバラ！かなりレアな回だったと思います。
参加大学は以下の通りです。
- 岡山県立大学
- 岡山理科大学
- 川崎医療福祉大学
- 吉備国際大学
- くらしき作陽大学
- 就実大学
- ノートルダム清心女子大学
- 福山大学
アイスブレイクからスタート
今回は初参加の方も多く最初は緊張した雰囲気だったので、アイスブレイクから始まりました。
行なったのは、ジェスチャーゲーム。
これはいったい何を表しているのでしょうか・・・（笑）
大変盛り上がりました！
先輩体験談
次にみんなで一つの円になって、先輩の就活体験談を聞きました。
第一志望に通った方もいれば、最初の志望先とは異なる業界に就職した方、失敗談なども聞くことができました。
先輩たちもやや緊張ぎみの中、一生懸命話してくれました。
後輩からの質問タイム
その後の時間は3年生たちから先輩に質問タイム。
それぞれの学生さんの就活状況も聞くことができました。
- インターンシップのエントリーシートで志望理由に苦戦中
- まわりが専門職ばかりで情報が入ってこない
- これから就活を始めようと思う
などなど、リアルな状況を知ることができました。
これを読んでいる学生さんたちも「分かる！」と思われるんじゃないでしょうか？
そんな学生さんたちからはこんな質問があがりました。
- やりたいことってどうやって見つけたの？
- 「私服で参加」って言われたらほんとに私服で行くの？
- 「学生時代力を入れたこと（ガクチカ）」って何て答えてた？
- ODL就活Caféの良いところは？
など。
先輩たち一人ひとりが親身に答えてくださり、3年生の方たちは熱心にメモを取っていました。
ODL就活Caféに参加して良かったこと
そんな中でもODL就活Caféに参加して良かったこと、という話題が、私たちにとってはとても嬉しかったので少しご紹介しますね。
今後の方向性の定め方
今回の交流会では様々な話題があがりましたが、全体に多かったのが今後の方向性について。
やりたいことをどうやって見つけたらいいのか、それに合う企業の絞り方、などを3年生の方たちは不安に思っているようです。
先輩たちはどうやって方向性を見つけていったのでしょうか。
やり方は人によって様々ですが、以下のような話を先輩たちはしてくれました。
- まずは自分の興味のある分野を調べてみる
- 興味が少しでも湧いたらとにかく説明会に行ってみる
- その道に詳しい企業やODLスタッフからのアドバイスを参考にする
- 他己分析で知らなかった自分の一面を見つける
- 自分のことをきちんと知ってから企業を探していく
- 一生の仕事にできるかどうか考えてみる
今の時間のあるうちから自己分析や企業探しをしていく必要があると思います。
さっそく個別相談を予約してくれた学生さんもいらっしゃいましたが、個別相談でマンツーマンで考えていくサポートをしているのでぜひ活用してくださいね。

3年生
- 今悩んでいることを4年生の方から具体的にアドバイスしていただけたので、とても参考になりましたし、助かりました。
- 今回の交流会を通して就活についてのスタートラインの立ち方がよく分かりました！！
- 就活について不安なことや分からないことばかりでしたが、今日の会はとても質問しやすくてありがたかったです。これから実際に就活が進んでいくにあたって色々な悩みが出てくると思うので、活用させていただきたいです。
- 先輩の話を聞く機会がなかなかないので、貴重なお話が聞けました。同じような悩みを持っている人がいて心強かったです。
4年生
- とても楽しかったです。学校などで3年生の子と話す機会があまり少なく、自分の就活経験談を話すことがないので緊張しました。今回参加された4人には後悔のない就活をしてほしいと思いました。
- 終わったころにはみんなの顔が少し明るくなっている気がしたので、来て良かったのかなと感じました。後輩のみなさんには、あまり気負いすぎず就活を思いっきり楽しむような気持ちで挑んでいただきたいと思います。
- これから就活を控えている方の支えになればと思います。今の3年生を見ていたら昨年の自分を思い出しました（笑）
