岡山の就活応援マガジン『My Stage』。昨年創刊して、多くの学生さんに読んでいただいたフリーペーパーを今年も発行いたしました！
今回は、昨年好評だったものはそのままに、新しいコンテンツも充実。デザインも昨年とは大きく変えて、ビジュアルでも読みやすいように写真を増やすなどの工夫をしました！
My Stageってどんな冊子？
まだ読んだことのない学生さんのために、改めてこの『My Stage』（以下、情報誌）についてご説明しますね。
上記画像は、昨年の創刊号のものです。岡山で働く良さを伝えたい、就活に対する意識を高めてもらいたいという想いから無料で読める冊子を昨年より製作しています。
大学や近隣の店舗、サークルなどに配布させていただきました。読んだ学生さんたちからは「こんな企業があるなんて知らなかった！」「困った時に読み返しています」などの嬉しい声をいただきました。
今年の情報誌はここが違う！
そんな情報誌ですが、今年は何が違うのか…少しだけ中身をお見せいたします。
巻頭対談はおなじみのあの団体！
今回の巻頭対談は、NPO法人だっぴの代表理事、柏原拓史さんをお迎えして行いました。だっぴさんと言えば、若者が自分らしく生きること、地域との繋がり・人との繋がりを大切にされている団体。
ODL就活Caféが取り組んでいることとは異なりますが、考え方や想いには似ているところもあり、非常に共感できる内容となっています。だっぴさんは岡山県内の大学でも活動することがあるので、知っている方も多いと思います。
地元優良企業情報の掲載も充実！
今回情報誌を発行するにあたり、ご協力いただいた企業さんの情報を掲載しています。昨年よりボリュームも増え、新しく掲載された企業さんも！
中には、2020年卒から新卒採用を初めて行う、もしくは久しぶりに行う企業さんもあり、まだどこにも掲載されていない情報がこの情報誌でのみ見ることができます。
また、津山エリアの特集では、津山エリアで新卒採用を行う企業さんの情報も掲載しています。県北で就活を考えていらっしゃる方は必見です。
スタッフがアドバイザーとなり職場見学を支援します！
そんな地元優良企業さんの職場見学をODLがコーディネートして随意開催しています。「事務職志望の企業」「中でできる仕事」など、みなさんの志望を聞いた上で、希望に合う企業さんの職場見学を紹介します。
いきなり企業さんに連絡するのは緊張する、という方もODLが間に入るので安心してご連絡いただければ嬉しいです。昨年は、この職場見学をきっかけに内定まで繋がった先輩もいるんですよ！
就活必勝法も掲載しています！
今回の新規コンテンツとして、「就活基軸」に関するページを製作しました。企業を選ぶ上で何を大切にするのか、ワークを通じて考えていけるようになっています。もしやってみて難しかったらお気軽にODL就活Caféまでご相談ください。

最後に、取材させていただいた人たちも今年用にリニューアル。見たことのある先輩や友だちが載っているかもしれません。まずは手に取って開いてみてください。
