今年度の新卒採用で募集するのは「会計事務職」です。事業内容である税理士業務のサポートを行っていただきます。具体的には、書類を作成したり、情報処理を行っていただきます。
ここ近年は、相続関連の業務も増えており、専門知識が求められますが先輩社員のサポートを受けながら入社1年目からでも少しずつ取り組んでいただきたいと考えています。また、近年発展しているITの分野においても、若いみなさんが中心となって取り組んでいってください。
そして、ゆくゆくは、中小企業の専門アドバイザーとしてお客様の悩みや課題を解決し、秋山経営会計の中枢を担う人材としてのご活躍を期待しています。
