金型づくりはモノづくりの原点

金型とは、自動車部品や医療機器部品などを製造する際に使用される金型製の型のことです。その後に製造される製品の制度を大きく左右する―アァル技研はそんな金型に特化し、10名という少数精鋭でモノづくり（Made in Japan）を支えてきました。

最終的な製品は取引先の名を冠して世に出るため、表に出ることは少ないが「縁の下の力持ち」として自社の技術に誇りを持って仕事をしているそうです。

主力製品は自動車チェーンの金型

アァル技研は小さな会社ですが、今まで培ってきた技術は高く評価されています。

年々自動車メーカーからの依頼が増加しており、近年ではメーカーとの共同開発にも取り組んでいます。メーカーとの共同開発に取り組むことで、さらに技術も向上。2016年には3D-CADも導入し、3次元加工技術を取り入れた金型製造にも取り組んでいます。アァル技研の、金型製造へのアグレッシブな挑戦は続きます。

技術や知識がなくてもチャレンジできる環境

2014年に新卒で入社した高田さんは、大学では経営学専攻。つまり、金型製造の技術や知識は全くありませんでした。最初は失敗ばかりだった高田さんが、知識を身に付け、後輩と一緒に一つの部門を担うまでに成長したのは「失敗を重ねても見守り続けてくれる先輩たちと、手を挙げればどんどんチャレンジさせてくれる『やりがい』のある職場環境のおかげ」だそうです。日本はもちろん世界でも活躍する金型を製作するやりがいを持ち、日々仕事に励んでいらっしゃいます。
