この夏、ODLでは6人の学生がインターンシップを行っています。先日はそのうちの1チームがめでたく最終日を迎えました！
インターンの最終日＝学生イベント当日。私たちは普段、初めてのイベントを作る際には企画から広報、当日の運営まで最低1ヶ月半の期間をかけます。ですが今回のチームは、企画から当日までを1ヶ月で駆け抜けました。
企画をするのも初めて、フライヤーを作るのも初めて、イベント用の資料を作るのも初めて、もちろんイベント運営も初めて。
初めてづくしの超スピードの中でのインターンシップでしたが、メンバー同士で素晴らしい役割のバランスを発揮し、無事、参加者の学生さんたちの「参加して良かった」の声をもらうことができました。
最初は緊張で堅かった雰囲気も、今まで苦手だった参加者への声掛けにもチャレンジし、笑顔の時間をつくり出すことができました。それぞれがこれまでの自分から一つ殻を破り、新しい挑戦ができたようです。

インターンシップの最後は私たちからインターン生一人ひとりに、それぞれの強みやこれから気を付けていくと良いところなどを、これからのエールも込めて伝えさせてもらいました。
