今回の座談会ゲストはマツダオートザム倉敷中央さん。
今年度2回目となるマツダオートザムさんですが、今回も三宅社長、そして新入社員の富金原さんにお越しいただきました。
前回は別の新入社員の方にご参加いただいたのですが、富金原さんもODL就活Café登録学生。
「前は皆さんと同じ立場でした」とご本人も仰っていましたね。笑
学生さんは3名の方にご参加いただき、皆さんたくさんの質問をしてくださっていました。
車の整備や販売を行うマツダオートザム倉敷中央さん。
ですが、富金原さんは車に最初は興味がなかったとのこと。
人と接し、「あなたから買いたい」と言ってもらえるこの仕事に惹かれて入社を決めたのだそうです。
そんな富金原さんは入社1年目で学生の皆さんと年齢が近いということもあり、当時の就活の経験を踏まえて、リアルなお話を色々としてくださっていました。
所属は営業ですが、SNSの更新で画像や動画を制作している新入社員のスタッフさん。
広報の仕事に興味がある方からは、SNS発信などの質問もあがっていましたね。
スタッフが選ぶ、今回の印象的なお話
「学生時代にやっておいた方が良いことは？」
この質問には三宅社長も富金原さんも「遊ぶこと！」と即答されていたのが印象的です。
就活をしていると、どうしても「卒業までにスキルを身に付けたり勉強したりしないといけないのでは…？」と思うこともありますが、三宅社長曰く「仕事の勉強は入社してからでもOK」とのこと。
今は学生時代にしかできないこと、今やってみたいことをやってほしいな、と私も思います。
