皆さん、こんにちは！

学生の皆さんは春休み真っ只中ですね。

私は、先日大学生時代から付き合いのある友人の結婚式に行ってきて、少し学生時代を思い出す懐かしい時間となりました🌟

 

さて今回も学生と企業の緩やか座談会のイベントレポートをお届けします！

今回の座談会は、広島化成株式会社さんの2回目。

広島県福山市の企業さんで、今回も全面オンラインでの実施となりました。

今回は宮地社長にメインでご参加いただき、途中から採用担当の麻生さんと藤村さんにご参加いただきました。

麻生さんと藤村さんは日中の合説からの座談会参加。本当にありがとうございました！

 

一方の学生さんは計7名のご参加で、それぞれの立場からの質問がたくさんあがっていました！

テレビ出演も多くされている広島化成さん。

今回はそのうち点字ブロックの製品を紹介する番組を動画で紹介してくださいました。

 

普段何気なく使っているものを多く取り扱う広島化成さん。

「コロナ禍の影響は？」という話では、外出の機会が減ってシューズの製造・販売が難しくなった一方で、飛沫感染防止でお店でよく見かけたビニールシートが伸びたそうです。

3つの事業を持っているからこそ安定した経営がされているというところをより具体的に伺うことができました。

また企業さん3名の掛け合いが本当にフランクで、採用担当のお二人が気軽に社長に話している様子が見えました。

学生さんたちからも「3人の仲の良さや雰囲気が伝わってきた」という感想が多く寄せられましたね。

驚いたのは、社長室のドアが基本的に開いているということ！また会長や社長が気軽に話しかけてくださるそうで、物理的にも心理的にも話しやすい雰囲気があるんだなと感じられました。

スタッフが選ぶ、今回の印象的なお話

「柔軟な働き方で、入社してからやりたいことを見つけられる」

先述した通り幅広い事業があり、仕事内容も多種多様です。

本人の希望や特性、会社の状況などに応じてその人に合ったお仕事が可能。

やりたいことを見つけるのは難しいですが、「入社してからでも良いんじゃない？」というのが広島化成さんが仰っていたことですね。

やりたいことを仕事を通して見つけたり、色々な仕事をやってみたい、という方にはピッタリじゃないかなと感じました。

 

学生さんも楽しく前向きになれた時間だったと思います。
