今回の座談会ゲストは長瀬石油株式会社さん。
去年に引き続き、長瀬社長と採用担当の吉田さんにお越しいただきました。
開始直後から長瀬石油さんの空気に染まり、共通の趣味の話で盛り上がるなど笑い声の絶えない楽しい雰囲気で、2時間があっという間に感じられました！
学生さんからは「新事業について」や「今後の事業展開について」など濃い質問が多かったですが、1つ1つの質問に対し、丁寧にお二人からそれぞれ違った答えを聞くことができ、とても興味深かったです。
特に今回は、今の長瀬石油さんについてだけでなく、「これから」について、今後強化することや挑戦したいことなど長瀬石油さんを深くまで知ることのできる内容が盛りだくさんでした。
また、強みの一つとして「従業員」が挙がった時は、みなさん釘付けになって聞いていました。

「常にアンテナを広げる」
学生さんから「今後の長瀬石油」について聞かれたときの長瀬社長の答えです。
「狭い範囲でなく、広く自分たちに何ができるかを考えるようにしたい。」「今行っている事業に留まらず、色んなことに目を向けていたい。」とも仰っていました。
長瀬社長と吉田さんのお話から「新しいことを社員みんなで創造する」という想いが感じられたことも印象的でした。
昨年からは新しく農業事業をスタートしており、常に挑戦し続ける長瀬石油さんの姿勢が学生さんにもよく伝わったのではないかと思います。
