今回の座談会ゲストは株式会社渋谷石油さん。
前年に引き続きご参加いただいている渋谷石油さんですが、毎回参加されるメンバーが変わるのが特徴です。
初回となる今回は、渋谷社長とフードライフ事業を率いる神野さんにご参加いただきました！
渋谷石油さんの座談会の魅力は、「就活に限らず幅広いお話で自分の視野を広げることができる」ということと、「社長と社員さんの掛け合いで明るい雰囲気」ということだと思っています。
今回も、渋谷社長と神野さんが明るく盛り上げてくださったので、学生さんも緊張がほぐれて楽しくお話を聞くことができたのではないかと思っています。
今回ご参加いただいた神野さんは、新卒で入社して約8年。
新入社員の時期にフードライフ事業のスタートと「赤から和気インター店」の立ち上げに携わった経験があります。
若いうちから経営に近い仕事を行ったり、経営者の集まりや勉強会など幅広く学びを深めていらっしゃる話をしてくださり、チャレンジ＆成長できる社風を知ることができた時間だったと思います。

「本当のモチベーションは自分の中にある」
学生さんから「モチベーションの保ち方」という質問があり、渋谷社長が仰っていた話です。
哲学や心理学など幅広い勉強をされている渋谷社長のお考えとしては、「モチベーションは外にあると思っている人が多いけど、実は本当のモチベーションは自分の中にしかない」ということでした。
つまりは、「何のために働くか」という「仕事の意味」や「仕事の目的」を見つけることが大事だそうです。
身体を動かすエンジン（燃料）がないと動かないですよね。その意味や目的を考えて就活に臨んでほしいと思っています。
