9月ももう終わりに近づいてきました！
これから涼しい季節になりますね🍃
さて先日、9月19日（火）と9月26日（火）の2回にわたって【インターン交流会】を開催しました！
インターン交流会
8月～9月に開催したインターンシップに参加してくれた学生とそのお友達が参加してくれました！
インターン交流会では、各コースの制作物発表、インターン情報交換、インターン参加後のやるべきことレクチャーなどを行いました。
雑談や情報交換では、お菓子を食べながらお互いの近況や参加したインターンシップについて話し合い、和気あいあいと笑いが絶えない雰囲気でした！
レクチャーでは、皆さんメモをとるなどして真剣に取り組んでくれていました✨
お互いの制作物を見て、「すごい！」「面白い！」という声がちらほら聞こえました🌟
また、情報交換やレクチャーを受けて”ためになった”と感じてくれたのでうれしかったです！

1回目（9月19日）
1回目は、趣味やお互いの大学の話で盛り上がっていました！
グループに分かれて話し合った際、「好きなことを仕事にするかどうか」など深い話題も出ていたのが印象的でした！
2回目（9月26日）
2回目は、同じ大学の学生が多く、賑やかにお互いの近況の話をしていました！
情報交換では、みんなで「どのインターンシップが良かった？」「どんな感じだった？」などわちゃわちゃと会話が弾んできました！
学生の感想
・あまり就活状況について友人とも共有し合うことが無いので、今回同い年の方たちのリアルな就活状況を聞くことが出来たのが印象深いです
・インターンに行った後に何をしたらいいかわからない状態でモヤモヤしてたので、これからすべき事について知ることができてスッキリしました
・みんなの制作物がよくできていて、驚きました

10月23日（月）・11月10日（金）に「若手社員と学生の交流会」を開催します！
業種も職種もバラバラな岡山県内企業の若手社員に仕事や会社について気楽に質問できるイベントです📢
また、1月6日（土）～8日（月）には「i-Canvas」を開催します！
こちらは、どんな自己分析よりも濃い、人生のテーマさえも見つかる3日間のイベントです📢
